If I could give a zero I would. Clearly there is evidence of loss of machines in a house fire. The machines themselves are evidence. Insurance provided proves loss and fire report states it's a total loss. Your policy and practice is inhumane. Be reasonable. Clearly caring for your customers is not your priority.

Unprofessional staff member, two different occasions staff hung up in my face. Called to pay my bill, gave staff my card info. I guess lunchtime was near she put me on hold and hung the phone up. I called right back and the message center answered and took the message. Another occasion I was hung up on. I wish PB had more to choose from because I literally can’t stand dealing with this office and the rude staff member.

We purchased a walker for my father in law and when we delivered it his care giver recommended a different one. Caring for him and the holidays we ran past the 30 day return policy. We took it back unused with tags unremoved and asked to only trade it in on the more expensive one. They were rigid and uncaring said we could purchase the more expensive one of course but no credit for the unused one purchased by mistake. We will not be shopping here again!!!!
