Mr. Fred came out today to deliver my mother’s oxygen. He was very respectful and helpful. He explained how everything worked, what to do if we need more information. Wonderful worker!!!

My grandmother and I truly adore elite medical. My uncle has been a client of Elite Medical since he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Terry and the other staff members took outstanding care of Tony. I can't remember a single time when we contacted Terry and he didn't immediately show up to help. He has a highly knowledgeable and friendly staff, and I can honestly say he cares. I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Medical for any medical needs or equipment. Thank God my husband no longer works for this company. Terry does not care about his employees, he lies about bonuses for working on call, he yells and cussed at employees and customers, and certain office workers (Christina) are extremely incompetent. They overwork their best employees to the point of physical and mental exhaustion. Christina does not confirm addresses, phone numbers, or that you are ready for delivery. So more than likely if your delivery is late you know who to blame, and it isn't the driver's who just their butts daily for this company.
