I've been using Riverstone for about a year now. Kelsie and the Riverstone staff has helped make sure I felt safe when a situation arose with an outside abuser and they have worked with us when we had a temporary issue with our insurance. Tascha at the front desk is always so kind and personable! They have extra activities like yoga at the clinic that Riverstone clients can come to for free and the clinic feels so homey and relaxing. Kelsi has helped me immensely in finding my new identity in Motherhood and has helped me find coping mechanisms to be the best mom I can be. She's a fierce advocate and ally, gives incredibly trauma informed care and I'm so thankful to have her in my life. My sessions keep me grounded and have helped me to be a better version of me. I can't say enough good things. Just 10 stars all around!

Charles worked with me to get to the point where I now apply the skills I learned from our sessions and at home exercises in the real world. I learned so much about myself and while I did have my ups and downs during treatment, I am truly grateful that Charles was my therapist. The scheduling was straightforward, although you do need to ensure that if you need to cancel or reschedule, to do so at least 2 days before. Overall, I had a positive experience!

I agree with others about the therapist. For me I felt they didn’t have much to add and weirdly felt they agreed with me too much. Even when I was pretty sure I was in the wrong. What upset me though was that I had apparently been fired as a patient for two missed appointments in certain time span. I totally understand that. I had no idea about the rule and went in and there for my appointment and there was no receptionist (not uncommon) so I sat down and ended up leaving after at least 45 minutes with no greeting or anyone even coming that way. I even tried calling the office number to get the receptionist back if she was there to ask if I had dates wrong. Pulling out of the parking lot I received a text from said therapist informing me of the situation. If this weren’t a place to help those with mental health issues I wouldn’t have such a problem in the way it was handled. I was already down and being texted that you no longer have mental health care was devastating in the moment. I hope things have changed.

Absolutely worst experience of my life. Dr. Middleton was totally dismissive and unprofessional with my situation. I would highly suggest you stay away if you’re in crisis. Never have encountered such lack of compassion. Hands down the worst experience!
I can not express enough how horrible my experience was.
I had seen Dr. Middleton two times previously so it was not a situation of not giving it a fair chance . But I have never in my life been treated with such lack of empathy by anyone in a professional situation as I was on my last and definitely final visit. Just deplorable and still can’t believe it.

I agree with the 1s. I had a very young therapist whom would give me the same coping skills. She wasn't experienced. I didn't feel like she or the Director called. The Directions r acted like she cared before I started, then I'd see her and she couldn't talk. The receptionist was horrible. Watch your money there. Did not help me. Just because a place looks pretty doesn't mean it's good. I don't recommend.

I have been going to Riverstone Wellness Center for over a year now. My work with Jim Harper Has changed my life. I got my dream job, my relationship with my husband has never been better, and my life is the most stable it has ever been.

My husband is a therapist in private practice and Riverstone is who he refers clients to when he is full. Their staff is amazing.

Leslie Cox is the best massage therapist in Central Arkansas, hands down!
She is gentle, yet strong, intuitive, and the sweetest soul you will ever meet.
I've been a client for many years, she is a rare gem!

I’ve been seeing one of their therapists for months now to treat my PTSD. The entire staff is lovely, very attentive, and friendly. If you’re nervous about seeing a therapist this is a great place to go- they can answer any questions you have and will be 100% understanding of your situation. I’m really glad my friend recommended this place to me.
