I love this clinic. I've been here for a while and everyone is so helpful. I appreciate my therapist deeply and have met with a few other that work here and they are all very friendly, patient and understanding. I don't see many reviews here but when in the waiting room everyone is full of spirit. The front desk gentlemen helps you with any need and they always can help you over the phone without having to wait long. The director has helped me personally with some issues regarding insurance or otherwise. I'm overall very happy here and would highly recommend this clinic.

This was the worst experience I ever had with this clinic. I called for two, almost three weeks, to set up an appointment with the intake specialist to be seen by a mental health counselor. I left voicemails, called daily and was constantly told the intake specialist was not in. I was told yesterday to call today to speak with her, Stephanie (by someone named Alan) just to be told by someone new that they weren’t taking any more people and whoever helped me did not know what they were talking about. I am disgusted and will not EVER be working with this clinic again. It’s sad that you all hire people who do not know BASIC information for a black woman to be able to receive the mental health attention she needs to do schedule an intake appointment. I originally reached out the beginning of September, we are days from October. I will be going where I will be respected and SEEN. Never go to the Diana Baldwin clinic in your LIFE.

Unfortunately I had to give them one star to post my review and even that was to nice. If you or a loved one needs help don't waste your time stepping foot at this unprofessional raggedy place. They have a HIV Positive ex drug user thinking she know how to run the place trying to be a manager becasue she went through the program when she was using drugs doesn't qualify her to help people that really need it she is not equiped or an experienced professional to help those that really seeking professional help. If you want to be insulted, physically and mentally abused by workers in an establishment that is what you will get here at TREE IOP/OP & Diana Baldwin. The director too busy trying to be a friend then run her mental health and drug and alchol program effiecently. Then again your team is only as strong as the leader. Its some therapist in there that speak to the clients like they are nothing and belittle them, look down on them instead of uplifting them and helping them through their time of need. Its a very few good therapist there but its outshadowed by how poorly run the management is and the overall organizational behavior and function, training, ethic, and staff in this facilty. I would urge anyone considering seeking this place for help to think again and look else where. You will not get the help you need here. I got the help I needed. From the time I walked in the door, everyone I came in contact with was not only professional but nice. My therapist listened to my concerns and we came up with plans together.
