I moved to Pea Ridge almost 2 years ago and have searched and seen many doctors, NP’s & PA’s since then. Mostly in the Mercy system. I am a retired L&D nurse from Dallas. I am very aware of how a medical practice runs their business. I now have many medical problems and not one physician within the 50 mile area whom I have seen can come close to comparing with Kelly Thompson.and the staff in this practice. Everyone from the front desk, nurses, lab personnel have taken the time to be genuinely concerned regarding my difficulties, pain and fear of facing early onset of Alzheimer’s. I was speechless with Kelly’s compassion and expertise of his craft. I wept the whole time my first two visits as I had finally found a practice I can put my faith in for excellent patient care and alleviating my anxiety and fear. I am humbled with appreciation for the wonderful team in this practice. Thank you so very much.
