Had a telehealth visit with nurse practitioner who was following up on behalf of my pcp regarding blood tests. She was very thorough and explained in easy to understand terms the results. We ended the call and she immediately called back to check on blood pressure readings and told me what numbers would be concerning.

The bottom line is that it looks nice on the outside, and I'm sure you can get reasonable medical care here, but go somewhere else. If you have any type of billing problem or question, the physical office can't handle it. They give you an 800 number to call, which is a call center. This center can't answer anything. I have been dealing with a billing issue since last year. There is NO ONE that can help you in the state of AZ or the US related to a billing issue. I would avoid Village Medical at all costs.

This is a very clean and well run mini clinic. It’s where my primary care provider operates out of. Came for a routine blood draw today and it could not have gone smoother. Totally painless!

I was 10 mins early for my appointment, called back to a room 10 mins after my appointment time, been sitting in a room for 50 mins now, still no Dr. This kind for blatent disrespect of others time is not acceptable. This is taken money to be here, I am losing money not working and I have to pay for this service. Not to mention the cost of insurance, I am so pissed off. Staff could care less, seems to be a culture issue.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Morris for over 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Morris is a very knowledgeable and kind physician. He's easy to talk to, and is a real down to earth person. His assistant is very pleasant too and very good at giving flu shots. Didn't feel a thing! The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. A beautiful and clean office. Thanks for being there for our family.

The only issue was scheduling for lab work. Several text reminders to say to be in at 7:40. But the doors were locked when I and 2 other patients arrived. they were not opened until 8:00am. The receptionist let us in a few minutes early, which was great. Still there was a wait until everyone was in setup. Other than that the staff is always respectful and friendly.

I love this office The staff are well trained and friendly. Dr. Nicoletti is wonderful and takes the time to listen resolve your issues. The blood draw is the best in my opinion. I’m a difficult draw and he has always gotten it right the first time. Everything and every one is quality. Highly recommend.

Located at the Walgreens on Speedway & Pantano

Front office staff is not professional and do not seem to be fully trained. When coming out to exit office computers have solitaire games and internet news. They don’t follow up especially with referrals I had to come in 3 times. If it weren’t for my doctor I would go elsewhere. I don’t trust them to do whatever needs to be done. You need more professional front office staff, doctors are great but front office need extensive training they’re always chatting or doing personal stuff. They don’t even know you can come in on a walk in basis I had to make her get up and show her the sign AND they didn’t know you could see another doctor if yours wasn’t available! Call center staff is hit and miss. Not at all happy with clerical staff or some of the others. If I didn’t have a medical background I’d be up sheet creek. There I said it and it’s the TRUTH.
