I have had most of my healthcare in Colorado, including covid 19 testing and two attempts at vaccination. My experience here at Tuba City Health Care has been excellent every time. Largely, I have been here for covid related services. These folks have it DOWN! Both the drive through and sit down services have been top notch. I expected everyone to be grouchy - but each time (2 vaccines and 2 tests for me, 2 vaccines and a booster for my spouse) - we have been met with very pleasant and very professional staff, from the security to the physicians. These folks get you in, get you what you need, and get you on your way in record time! The Navajo Nation's protocols, the staff's kind attitudes, professionalism, and most of all, their efficiency should be the model for Covid related services for the whole nation. If it were, this pandemic would likely be over for us by now.
