Not sure why my review was deleted or the many other low reviews Calls had.

It was deleted after Calls closed down, so there must be a reason…

When Calls first opened, we left the big chain store pharmacy for Calls because we believed in supporting small town businesses. However, we had to leave and return to Walmart because we needed the dependability in hours that the big box store provided.

I was the last appointment of the day for my OB. He had just prescribed me a medication to help prevent miscarriage. Imagine my horror when I pulled up to calls pharmacy and they were closed several hours early for the day. There was a little note on a piece of paper taped to the drive-through window. I was crushed. Pharmacy’s aren’t the type of businesses that should be altering their hours and making it so patients aren’t able to receive their medication. We need to be able to depend on our pharmacy being open when they say they are going to be open, and so we left immediately.

Again, I realize that Calls is now closed, but they are deleting their low ratings and I can’t help but wonder the motivation behind it.

There is a reason this clinic has 5 star reviews - they earned it through courtesy, kindness, knowledge, caring, efficiency, you name it! You feel like you are important, you are really listened to and confident that you have received proper, knowledgeable and spot on medical care. Dr. Hardy and his staff have restored my faith that a person can still receive real medical care!

This is like the beloved family doctor we remember from our youth. He is very conscientious and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about the healthcare and recommendations my wife and I have received there. His staff is AWESOME as well.

I use them for my main provider. Wayne Sally and Jackie are all some of the best people you will find. Their service is exactly want I want in a Doctor. They are quick thorough and I have never had a complaint. I highly recommend.
