I recently visited Spring Valley Hospital for an unexpected emergency and overall, my experience was positive. The staff, including nurses, doctors, and support personnel, were professional, friendly, attentive and kind. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The medical team took the time to answer my questions and explained things clearly, which made me feel more comfortable. One of the best hospitals, Spring Valley Medical Center has an excellent and caring humble staff who truly cares no matter your financial circumstances. From the warm blankets, little side chats, and nurturing medical staff to the kitchen staff who would bring me my food with tenderness and care, I can genuinely say Spring Valley Medical Center was one of the best hospital experiences I had, and I was very ill. Thank you thank you thank you to the birthplace at Spring Valley. From Jessi the lactation nurse whose class every mother should take to the receptionist and night time security. I was extremely pleased with the kindness my daughter received. I want to thank the incredible nursing staff in labor and delivery and postpartum. My daughter had a very scary situation and we are so happy we were at Spring Valley. Denise the charge nurse and her team did an outstanding job. Victoria one of the overnight nurses went above and beyond for my daughter. You cannot replace the knowledge and longevity of the nursing staff. It is important to choose the right place to bring your bundle of joy into the world. The birth place at Soring Valley is the right place.

For a troubling time, the staff and doctors were very courteous and supportive. I received top notch medical care during my brief stay.
The treatment information was very well presented and reassuring. The treatment itself was executed extremely well and very timely.
Thankfully, we had Blue Cross travel insurance, which their team dealt with promptly and without delay.
They had me back on my feet in a very reasonable amount of time and my wife and I were able to continue enjoying our vacation.

Spring Valley Labor & Delivery and Post-Partum staff are absolutely amazing. Words cannot express our gratitude to the staff for taking the best care of me from the moment I was admitted through the birth of our son and after birth during the complications my body had. They were on top of my care and ensured me, my husband and our new born son were taking great care of. We definitely felt we received VIP treatment! The nurses were amazing with their support and advice as we navigated the first few days of our new chapter. I truly feel we wouldn't have gotten this care anywhere else. I will continue to tell friends and family about the amazing staff at Spring Valley.

The most amazing and caring health care providers I’ve ever met. Very attentive detailed, organized and professional staff. Special thanks for the service and care I received from Nurse Marly and Nurse Amy. And the other two Asian nurses I didn’t get a chance to get their names. And made sure to recheck my vitals before discharge. Thank you so greatly for your help. 6/21 and 6/22 during early morning shifts of 9am. Will be visiting with SPRING VALLEY HOSPITAL ER again for any of my emergency care needs. Thank you ?

I was brought by ambulance because I could walk I was in so much pain for 3 days every time I walked any distance. They did labs and ultrasound on leg. Nothing came up so they discharged and referred to PCP. I had already talked to them. There was no other ideas to see if something was wrong. Prescription for muscle relaxers after my pharmacy was not available and offered a bus pass to get home. I came in because I couldn't walk a distance without great pain. Did they want me to call an ambulance in the parking lot? Totally treat and street treatment. Happened before then I go to another hospital and they find something wrong. Treat the patient as a person and don't assume. I may have looked homeless, but I wasn't and have a history of frequent visits, but that was months ago and those issues had been resolved. Also NP did not take into account I had been hit by a Dodge Ram Crew Cab Truck a week before. Maybe further testing would have been necessary. Still can't walk a distance and can't get to pharmacy. They gave me a paper prescription. I told NP my thoughts it could be low potassium which it wasn't. Yet for 3 days I can't walk a block. Highly upset in lack of care and treatment. Especially after I had tried for days to self treat and not go to ED!

Great hospital. First time,here. From pre-op to post-op there was a strong sense of their care & feeding to their patients.
On surgical date the admitting team ( nurses, IV, doctors), Dr. Dunn's surgical team and lastly the discharge team were beyond excellent.
Having been through many hospitals ( Stanford, UCLA, UCSF, etc...) & a good knowledge of hospital protocols & surgical procedures I felt assure of their professionalism within minutes just by observing as I was escorted to my station #39.
Quiet & orderly no patient being ignored or a sense of short staff.
As a former network analyst I've worked in finance, entertainment & medical environments and have experienced more than enough to say SVH is in my professional opinion this is a facility of preferred choice.
Thank you also to Dr. Dunn for giving me a choice to experience such quality for my cervical surgery.
