From the minute you walk in the staff is welcoming. The nurse who took me back to a room was very nice and helpful. Dr. Hamblin was thorough and spent a good deal of time answering questions. I am so happy to have dound such a great dermatologist.

I always see the PA Dylan and have always enjoyed my visits. His bedside manner is kind, caring and light hearted. He is very knowledgeable. The office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Ive been there at least 3 times now and feel the same as always.

Doctor Dylan was amazingly friendly war. Smile almost the entire time and then he got down to business. After getting to know me, he told me what I needed and what to ask. My PC 4 nurses were out of this world think that they deserve 5 stars.

Check in was smooth, normal amount of forms. Short wait after that, almost no wait in the room. Thorough exam and took the time to explain plan. As a physician myself would like to steal some of his employees, they are very good.

This appointment was my first time at Hamblin. When I called to schedule, as a new patient I was able to get in within a week and a half. I went online ahead of time and printed my new patient paperwork, so I had that filled out when I arrived. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. I didn’t have to wait very long before being called back to the exam room. Dylan completed my exam and he is very friendly, informative, made me feel very at ease, and he has a great bedside manner. His assistant, Kenna, had the same friendliness and efficiency. I would definitely recommend Hamblin Dermatology in Show Low!
UPDATE: I have had several skin cancers removed and Dr. Hamblin is an artist! There was a fairly complicated one on my ear and his stitching expertise is amazing. He took the time to make sure it was done right and looked great! Very pleased with this practice.

Dr Dylan was dismissive about my condition. He came into my room already having decided that I was wrong, and instead of taking a full history to completely understand the issue, gaslit me to think I was overreacting. Had I listened to his suggestion to make my condition worse, I would be in a terrible state right now. I researched on my own and found a treatment option through scientific studies. When I presented this option and asked for a follow-up, they did not get back to me. Luckily, I was able to order the suggested medication online and have it shipped as my condition required intense, immediate treatment. However, I had to pay out of pocket. Not everyone has this option. If he had taken the time to really listen to me, and my history, and not enter the room assuming I was wrong and acting in this way, I could have had better, faster results and not risked detrimental effects to my health.
