I had never been paddleboarding before, so I decided to try with a guided group. It was AMAZING!!! Heidi shows you how to get comfortable on your board in the most relaxing environment. She then proves a guided meditation that is so relaxing and informational. I have now gone a couple times with her and each time is a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! I took my mom for mother's day and it was the perfect gift idea!

I loved the idea of mindfulness while paddle boarding. The guided meditation of the 5 senses we walked through were great! The end was my favorite but I cannot spoil it here for you. I’m still using the idea The openness and meeting other women was great community! Heidi has such beautiful energy and that makes all the difference in the experience…she is a gem!

I would absolutely recommend this business. I can only speak from the lens of couples counseling, but our sessions were better and better each time, building understanding and trust quickly. Heidi knows her stuff and doesn't shy away from the tough stuff. I can't stop recommending her to friends and family, and strangers in passing. Counseling is rarely a one time quick fix, but you're worth the investment!
