I am so amazed and grateful for our whole experience from start to finish with Vail Valley family. We were dealing with an emergency and I was able to get an appointment as a new patient within 24 hours of calling. Lori gave us so much time and attention, and saw all my child’s needs. She gave him such exceptional care, and even helped to make sure that we could get ahold of the medication that she was suggesting by finding a pharmacy that would accept our insurance.

The facility is also conveniently located for Vail residents, lovely and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. I am so glad to have these lovely folks taking care of my family. Thank you for all that you do!

I loved Laurie so much but found out on my first visit that she is leaving. She helped me immensely in just one visit and I truly appreciate her. Hoping her replacement will be helpful too!

Don’t bother calling this place to establish a primary care physician or as a new patient. I was told over the phone they are no longer accepting new patients and that they are being taken over by another company in September. Looks like they bit off more than they could chew.

Clinic is very clean and state of the art. No people waiting in the lobby and I was checked in right away. Laurie McMahon is an excellent nurse practitioner. Asks a lot of questions to understand a patient’s lifestyle and medical history. Laurie provided information to reach her and her MA directly when needed. She seems passionate about public health.

This office is great. Phone calls are returned promptly, appointments have always been available when needed. Laurie McMahon FNP is a GEM. She is super thorough, really kind and compassionate. She is also great with kiddos...my 11 year old feels very comfortable with her!

I had the pleasure of seeing Laurie McMahon, FNP today as my new primary care. She was organized, asked thoughtful questions, and really listened to my answers and my questions for her, providing thoughtful answers. The clinic itself was super clean, and all the staff I spoke with were very kind and attentive. I am so glad I switched!
