I am currently a patient at Pinnacle (Lifestyle Medicine center). The staff at the front desk are very kind, friendly and helpful! My therapist is Sarah and she is beyond outstanding!!! She is kind, an excellent commicator, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable in her field. I have been dealing with chronic illness (Fibromyalgia etc.) for 36 years and PT with Sarah has been a breakthrough for me. I am miserable most days and Sarah is helping me discover ways to ease that misery and pain through mind/body PT. I can't say enough good things about her. With so many years of terrible experiences with treatments, it is really hard for me to trust caregivers. I trust Sarah 100%! I highly recommend this PT and Sarah in particular.

I went here after knee replacement. Kalen & Denise were awesome, very friendly and professional in what they do. My surgeon on my 6 week follow up appointment said I was ahead of schedule on healing and mobility and felt it was do to my PT.

I went here a few years back after I began to experience neck and back pain following a poor lifting a pack and play. My doc referred me based on this injury. During intake questioning it came up that I been rear ended in stop and go traffic about a month before my issues began. I had no problems or pain following the accident, and was not there for that, but the therapist decided that was the issue and services would have to be billed through car insurance (the accident was so minor there was no claim made and the person that hit me was uninsured).

In addition, the front desk staff lacked in professionalism and understanding of protecting patient confidence. One of the women at the front desk, loudly and in front of other patients in the waiting room, accused me of insurance fraud.

Thankfully I was able to go across town to MV PT and received excellent care for the injury I was referred for under my health insurance.

The receptionist was great meets you with a smile very helpful with filling out the paperwork. Now the Dr. Traci Bartel was really great she fix my problem and its still doing well I recommend if you need a hand Dr go see her.
