Ridiculous wait time. Waited 4 hours for simple drug test. They kept advising they were “short staffed and would have two people tomorrow”. Even with two people it would’ve been a 2 hour wait. Waiting room didn’t have enough seats for the number of people waiting.

Go somewhere else if possible.

Went in for a simple drug urinalysis for pre employment. The wait time was ridiculous. I’ve never waited that long for a simple drug screen before. Go to another lab if possible!

Got to office at 12:15 says closed for lunch at 12:30 so now you sit and wait because they lock the door very rude ppl very lazy ppl work here all I needed was paperwork filled out ridiculous

Had an appointment scheduled for 11:15. Going on 12 and was never even acknowledged. I had to say something to the receptionist. Extremely unprofessional. The waiting room is tiny and there’s 5 chairs with about 10 people waiting ahead of me. What’s the point of having an appointment if you have to wait over an hour to be seen. Ridiculous!!! On top of that, I’m here to have a drug screen done for pre-employment so have been waiting close to an hour with a FULL BLADDER!! To top it off, the medical assistant SENORA, is the most unpleasant, rude, miserable person I’ve ever come into contact with. You can tell she really dislikes her job.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!! Absolutely horrible service here! As soon as i came in i wasn’t even greeted i was told “you can take a seat”. It took ridiculous time for a simple drug test. I HAD TO PEE TWICE HERE! Waited for a while before i was acknowledged. Told me to send my barcode to the email and I continued to wait for half an hour until i finally asked if there was anything else i needed to do just to be told the email didn’t go through. They didn’t check my ID or give me a form to fill out too so I had to ask about that and I got completely skipped over twice by people that came in after me. DO NOT GO HERE!
I wouldn’t even give it one star but have to just to post this..
