My children have been members of the care center for 9 years. I was very disappointed in the flu clinic hours this year. The scheduling rep was very unhelpful and unbothered that my children could not make the clinic times. She was not accommodating & would not schedule a nurse visit either. In the past there was more flexibility. I drive over 30minuts because of the great care from Dr. Hostettler & good cst svc, after todays experience I'm starting to reconsider.
