The front desk could really use a training in customer service. Mainly the one lady who sat in the middle this day. A patient was explaining over and over that she has insurance but left the card at home repeatedly, but all the receptionist kept hearing and repeating was she didn’t have insurance. After the lady was upset and accused the receptionist of being rude and condescending, the receptionist stated that it’s the lady who is unclear and is being rude. After it was cleared up that her insurance would be handled after her visit and the lady left the desk, the receptionist sat and complained out loud about her stating she is going to complain to her doctor and write in her chart. She then sat and complained about how everyone here is getting worse and worse with their rudeness. I lived in North Shore area most of my life and I get what they mean to a certain extent. However, the tone they use to talk to each other and then to patients coming up is completely different. Maybe if they weren’t invested in looking at what shoe they want (literal conversation) or complaining out loud about the people who come to the office, the atmosphere wouldn’t be as “disrespectful” or tense at the office? In other words, maybe they are the rude ones not everyone who walks in.

This clinic is more concerned with your insurance than you, I first went here when I fell Ill and was made to wait 30 +min in checking in... there was no wait just a very unsavory lady behind the desk that gave us a unreasonably hard time over insurance. I returned today for a follow up and was turned away after leaving work for the visit, I carry two form of insurance and am covered for any medical group in the area with BCBS and Tricare but this is still not acceptable. The worst part is that they did not mention this until I was there in person and did not bother to look up my additional insurance information. I would go to any of the other medical groups that are in the same area.

Unreliable, after 25 years of excellent service they have dropped into the toilet post-pandemic. I'll take my chances of finding a good doctor and hospital elsewhere.

Terrible customer service in the office. The past 4 times I've had to call them they forget to call me back for urgent issues and do not communicate well in general. Consider a different office for your primary care.

Dr. Lynn Martin is the best.
Unfortunately she is no longer there. However, they have several doctors I have seen and would recommend anyone there.
