I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I called ahead to ask about their services, and at no point was I informed that there would be a $75 consultation fee just for speaking with them. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and was suddenly told I had to pay just to have a conversation! This is extremely misleading and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the staff member I spoke with over the phone had a condescending attitude, which only added to my frustration. If transparency and respectful customer service matter to you, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I wish I had checked their Instagram before even considering this place. Based on what I saw, in my opinion their work looks low-grade and completely subpar—definitely not the quality you’d expect for cosmetic procedures. I am a surgery veteran will travel to miami at least they are polite there. Keep in mind people will still pay a fee just to chat but with rude and combative staff. NEVER.

All consultations are $75 so you don't get to consult unless you pay that upfront. If you are shopping for the right surgery clinic and everyone charges just to speak to that would be counterproductive a mean who says I would even want the service. I have to scrutinize everything and research. This was not it. Please allow clients to shop without penalty.

It’s truly laughable that you’re comparing a chat with your office to a legal consultation with an attorney or a necessary medical visit covered by insurance. That alone shows how inept and uneducated you are on the matter. A consultant provides specialized advice and strategic guidance—your office is simply taking payments for conversations. There is absolutely no insurance coverage for elective cosmetic surgery consultations, unless fraud, waste, and abuse are involved—so let’s not pretend otherwise.

Furthermore, the defensive, condescending tone of your response only reinforces the reputation your office has for being rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the legitimate concern of hidden fees and poor communication, you launched into an arrogant rant to justify a shady practice.

If your work was truly as elite as you claim, it would speak for itself, and you wouldn’t have to nickel-and-dime people before they even decide to book a procedure. But judging by your Instagram, the quality is far from “proprietary” or “expert-level”—it’s subpar at best. Maybe spend less time writing pompous replies and more time improving both your customer service and your results. Whoever replied is extremely inept, knows nothing about brand advocacy or turning pain or suggestions into power. They just solidified the claims people are making in these reviews of rudeness.

The atmosphere is incredibly inviting, with a relaxed beachy vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The facility is spotless, and the level of hospitality is unmatched. I travel all the way from NY to receive their services, and it’s worth every mile. After starting my Botox treatments just a couple of months ago, I’ve already noticed fantastic results. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking for top-notch care!
