Just the best! Very unprofessional. When asked if doctor was a licensed MD they decided to send a text saying I cannot do service with them because I asked if the doctor was licensed or not. Before that, Doctor seemed upset when my labs clearly showed some of the lipid panel was low. How ever she stated we are still ok to do business considering it’s not “high”.

Per your response: is it bad that a patient wants to know the legitimacy at any point during the process? Now you say it about money but at the same time why would I go waist 78 dollars in lab work for you to just not want to give it to because I asked a fair question in a respectful way. Then at the end I say will post my review -of course I will warn people not to question your company before paying the lab work. People please ask if it’s a licensed MD and any questions y’all have before doing business.
