All of my issues that I came in for were addressed in a friendly and professional manner. I felt genuinely HEARD. Check-in was super easy, just put ID into scanner and have a seat. I wait a whole 3 minutes before being called back for my appointment.

I have been going to Carnett Clinic since 2012. Things have gone down the drain in the last few years. The medical staff is great. The office staff is absolutely horrid. They are the rudest people I have ever met. The last straw was when one of them started yelling at me. And while yelling at me she contradicted my doctors orders. Took me 10 minutes to find a new doctors office for me and my wife. Carnett Clinic YOU ARE FIRED

We have been going to Carnett Clinic for 12 years. The NP's show how much they care about you & your needs. Maggie is great. We have had problems with the staff over the years...constantly having to call them to send orders over & over...provider i.e. WalMart etc never get them. Don't always get call backs. Today was the icing on the cake for me. 2 weeks ago I was life flighted to a hospital in Phoenix. I was hemorrhaging badly. I lost 2 pints of blood in one day & had to receive blood. When we came home I saw my NP. My blood work took 2 weeks to get the results (drawn 6-5 & results 6-18). Jessica called me (she's hard to understand) & told me my results were good & that I needed to take iron supplements. My husband saw Maggie hours after that call. He got a copy of my results & asked about the iron numbers. She said she didn't order that. I called the office & wanted to talk to Maggie. I am being very careful on what I eat etc. RITA from the office called & told me that we can't talk to them unless we are in the office. It went downhill from there. She is rude, could careless what your needs are, when I told her it's hard to understand Jessica her reply "we understand her just fine". You would if you were around here a lot. BOTTOM LINE SHE SAID THIS IS HOW THEY RUN THEIR OFFICE & IF I DON'T LIKE IT LOOK FOR A NEW PCP. Within 15 minutes after this call my husband has us set up with someone who has a 4+ rating. If you noticed at the top of the page, Carnett Clinic is a 2.8.

Office manger literally trys to dump clients for them messing up on refills they get defensive and won't listen she talks over you won't try to listen to you. I recorded the whole conversation great Dr sad they have such bad staff

If people like I can always post the call recording on YouTube I'll probably be filing a report with the BBB.

I was denied being prescribed an important preventative medication by Samuel Sigoloff due to my sexual orientation. He was openly homophobic and dehumanizing. He did refer me to another physician that could prescribe this medication. However, that does not fix or excuse his bigotry.
If you are part of the LGBTQ community, I would NOT go to Carnett Clinic!
Heck, if he can deny me treatment based on me being gay, who’s to say he couldn’t do the same because you’re black? Female? Jewish? Muslim? Disabled?
By the way. Look at all the other reviews I’ve posted online. They are all positive and supportive (one is neutral). I’m not a mean person that goes around giving bad reviews to everyone who wrongs me. Quite the opposite.
My experience with Samuel was so horrible that I felt others needed to be warned.

I have seen a Nurse Practitioner and a I see a DO at Carnet Clinic. They were very nice and professional. They seemed to care about me and my health concerns. However, the staff that do prior authorizations, referrals, call-in meds, etc. Are the most unprofessional, uncaring people, I have ever met. The office personnel make mistakes constantly. You get told to go to a place for an X-ray, the doctor sends you; and the authorization was never sent. The doctor prescribed a prescription and the prior authorization is not there when you go to get your medicine. They tell you to follow up in so many days after the meds and you still don't have the med. The Pharmacist insists they never sent in the paperwork. So you call the office and they yell at you and argue and when you try and explain they get mad and nothing gets done. This is the most unprofessional office team I have met in over 30 years. Especially a woman named Rita. I will be looking for a new primary care doctor.

Been a patient here for a long time. I don't visit the doctor much, average every 7 years. But I called to make an appointment on Monday, they got me in Friday. Easy check in, put your ID and insurance card in a scanner and have a seat. They got me in at exactly my appointment time and took my vitals. Provider came in less than 3 minutes later, very thorough and efficient. Got blood drawn and a referral. Was out of there in less than 30 minutes. They've got the system dialed in here.

I am looking for another doctor not because of the treatment that I recieve from the nurse practitioners at Carnett Clinic but because of the poor, unprofessional office staff.
Rita is the absolute worse. Her attitude, her demeanor, the way she approaches all the patients is unprofessional and is either encouraged or ignored by the office manager Terry.
Even after trying to talk with Terry who became disrespectful and even more confrontational than Rita, Terry decided to come into the room where I was getting ready to give my blood and continue to try and argue with me. In a follow up phone call with Terry she informed me that Rita has worked for her for 16 years. That does not excuse her lack of people skills.
In all of the years that I have recieved medical care I have never once met the doctor and I had heard that Dr. Carnett retired.
