My Overall Experience has Been Good. Never had an Issue scheduling my child's appointments and the wait time is Very good! Dr. Wasser and some of his team presents themselves well & he's Nice for the Most part. However, Some other staff members/front desk Need to Be more Kind! Why work in Healthcare if you don't care! You know. Please Practice kindness.. it could take your Clinic Far!

I had an awful experience with CCPC, can't get a call back even to register my kid with them. Always having to wait a long time for them to answer the phone. We ended up driving down here to get an appointment and changed our minds when we saw the condemned building! It's a shame because CC is really good for specialities.

Came here from the chc office because dr carlson had moved here now im totally disappointed that i made the switch. Ive been trying to call for about a week to schedule an appointment for my kids. I end up having to hang up because im at work. It should not take over 30 minutes to speak to a scheduler. Im definitely going to be taking my kids elsewhere. Waste of time. Horrible customer service. My break is almost over i will have to hang up yet again and no appointments
Made. My daughter couldnt start school because she hasnt had her physical. Thanks for wasting my time

I have no problems with the place. It’s nothing like Ccmc er. At the Er the staff members have no empathy. They care nothing about patients and are quick to call dcf because they want to rush folks out. They don’t want to help just cause trouble. However this primary care they help out a lot. Monica is the greatest, Keith is nice, and some of the other doctor's as well. Now I don’t care if it gets pack. I only care about the wait time, scheduling, and how they treat my little family. And so far they are quick to schedule my kids and waiting doesn’t take like 1 hr compared to Chc. The only thing is the place is small. Oh btw like the person said about going down the stairs. Only time we had to do that. And mind you I have a disabled non verbal, intellectual son, that bolts and have accidents. So I was with him going down the steps because the fire alarm went off. In case of a fire you’re not supposed to be in elevators. So If you don’t like going down the stairs then find a small clinic. Because Going to the 6th floor and the space is the only issue.

If I can give zero I would they gave my daughter an appointment for 6pm and we weren’t roomed until 6:25-6:30pm and weren’t seen until later on the excessive wait time is ridiculous the medical assistant that roomed us didn’t even apologize for the wait and when I asked how long till my daughter gets seen she couldn’t give me an answer then says he will be in shortly knowing that’s a lie they need to do better this is unacceptable.

(100 Retreat Ave) Basically what should be a condemned building, not clean, unprofessional staff and a brick was thrown through a window during our visit which forced everyone to walk down 6 flights holding car seats. I feel like a bad father for bringing my kids here, do not make the same mistake.
