Dr. Revelette is the best thing that has ever happened to this place. He treated my children when he was at the St. Joe location. I moved with him to Health Point because he is so awesome. If I could give him 100 stars I would. His nurse is so sweet and really goes above and beyond for my children. I'm able to schedule online which makes things really easy, and the front desk staff is very polite and accommodating.

Took my child there yesterday. She was in pain from a fall she had. We usually see revellette but according to the online scheduling he didn't have any openings that day. Had to see a nurse practitioner. She spoke to us in a very condescending and smart way. Didn't really examine my child just looked at her injury sites and asked where it hurts. Acted like we only came there to get a school excuse. Like I'm going to drive 30 miles and sit in the lobby for an hour just to get an excuse I mean come on. Very dismissive and rude. Will make a point never to have any of my children evaluated by her again. If it weren't for Dr. Revellette I would definitely switch to a better Dr's office. He has seen my children for over ten years and we are comfortable with him. Everything else about this office is an absolute joke.

I have been getting care here for 10 years and love it. The entire staff-receptionists, providers and lab are amazing. It's very convenient to make an appointment or walk in. They provide medical, dental and mental health services. Nicholasville is lucky to have them and I appreciate all you do!

I had blood vials taken for STD screening. I went because I had money on the FSA account to spend. I paid upfront without insurance to the health point folks. I repeatedly asked if there were any extra charges. They repeatedly assured me nothing else should be coming . 1 month later...

Quest diagnostics charged me 1394.. for blood work . .. which means I didn't pay healthpoint to do much of anything. Healthpoint charged me 500 for me to tell them what I wanted. Craziness .. and we wonder why people distrust Nurse practitioners and health facilities. They said I should read the small print.. patients aren't lawyers.

Just be honest. Up front . Reasonable. 2000$ for blood work is reason enough to write a review.

Update:
3 months later they have OVER charged me 60 or so bucks .... and they say it will take 8 months to refund the overcharged moneys... Whew . .. Nicholasville's finest . +Sarcasm+

I've been calling all morning to try and get my daughter an appointment to be seen. What kind of doctor office has a voicemail that says they're unable to take my call? To leave a message that will be returned in the next 24 hours. That's ridiculous.

You CANNOT count on these people to answer the phone. I can never get my husbands medication refilled because I can’t get ahold of the office. People rely on these receptionists and they are useless. He shouldn’t have to go through withdrawal everytime he needs a new bottle because they will never answer the phone, that is insane.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I came here to try and establish a primary care doctor and discuss multiple minor issues I’ve been dealing with.

The doctor I saw was, in my opinion, very quick to just refer me out for things without any sort of real diagnosis or advice. I got x-rays after leaving the appointment over a week ago and have not heard back about that or the results of another test given at the clinic.

I was told I would receive calls for the multiple referrals discussed at the appointment during the week and that if I didn’t, to call the office. I did not get the referral calls and I have made over a dozen attempts to get someone on the phone in the last week. I have not gotten a single person on the line. It consistently goes to voicemail and the messages seemingly go unanswered.

I have continued to struggle with my ailment in large part because this office is incapable of following up on test results and doing the bare minimum in ensuring patients get communication about their care and testing. I would not go here again under any circumstances and would encourage anyone reading this to look elsewhere for their care, especially for their children.

Went to the Wilmore location super sick with heavy congestion in my lungs and not able to really breathe without coughing. The lady that saw me spent less than 3 mins looking at me and made me feel very rushed and really wouldn’t let me ask any questions and was out the door before I could even think. She assured me she would send my prescription over to Kroger in Nicholasville. I went over there right after the appointment and there was no prescription sent over. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that it would be there in the morning. I checked with Kroger and there is no prescription there again and the office is closed for the holidays. I have no way to get my medicine till after Christmas so I won’t get to spend it with my family since I’m still contagious without the antibiotics. Very disappointed in her lack of professionalism.
