I was scheduled today for an appointment but when I arrived there was no on there . I was waiting outside in the cold for someone to say they are closed today . Instead of getting the help I need they force us to do groups or threaten to drop us and cut off medication when all I want is one on one therapy . Last time a mix up of time schedules happened and including a miscommunication with my medication. ( this delayed me and I missed a dose ). My insurance doesn’t have much options but all I’m asking is for help for better care and an improvement for communication
