I came here for the first time the other day. I hadn’t been to an optometrist in well over 10 years. After checking me in, I wanted less than a minute to get an evaluation and same to get my exams done. Quick and efficient. The doc was super sweet and professional. I highly recommend her!

Very nice and quiet environment. Their show room is beautiful. Not a long wait to be seen. And they have Spanish speaking Doctors and receptionist witch makes things easier for my mom when I take her to be seen.

Called today because my son kicked me in my eye and it was a pain I’ve never felt before. They got me an appointment the same day as a new patient. Dr Miller was an absolute angel and definitely helped me today, thankfully the whole team did, I was very scared and needed to be treated by the right authorities so I’m very grateful especially now to be a patient of theirs.

The office staff is very unorganized and rude. I’ve been going to this office for over 14 years and the staff always has a bad attitude. I’ve even heard them curse about each other while I am being checked out. Today I called in and spoke to a lady on the phone to ask if my glasses were ready but they weren’t. I’ve been waiting for over a month to get my glasses and yet they are still not ready. So I asked her for a refund because I paid them $120 on the day of my visit and she just hung up on me. So unprofessional!

Unfortunately, we tend to hear more about the bad then good. I’ve been coming here over 15 years with my family. My Doctor, Will and staff have always been very knowledgeable, helpful and overall accommodating.

I highly reccommend. The exam was thorough and efficient.

There were a couple bumps to work through with the lenses on my glasses, but the staff was excellent in solving everything. I'll definitely be going back here for years to come.
