First time and last time coming here horrible service rude lady’s not professional at all
rude staff, unclean place. They make you wait while they chat for 30 minutes before telling you they only need urine sample They make you grab cups from under a dirty sink

Worst place ever! I came in for my appointment to have my IUD removal and had to wait a whole two hours for my prescriber to come in. Once she came in I was dozing off to sleep and she came in to tell me that they had to prepare the exam room because they just got out of an appointment with someone. An hour went by and I was still waiting for her to come back and she never did, she had went to see another patient. So, once she FINALLY realized that I was still waiting, she came to get me. We made our way into the exam room just for her to tell me that there's NO guarantee that she'll be able to get my IUD out. So, she started my removal, didn't know what she was doing, had to call another prescriber in the room and she tried to get my IUD out. NOTHING was successful! She then wanted to give me a referral to someone else who can remove it. I went into this office at 10:11am and did not get seen until 12:30pm.

First time mom! I was taken care of throughout my entire pregnancy even when it turned high-risk at about 6 months. Victoria and her staff were so empathetic, kind, and wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

This clinic took care of me during both of my pregnancies. The Doctor & the nurses were helpful and kind! They were all so nice and helpful with my son during my second pregnancy. I was usually by myself because my partner was in the military.

I did like this place I came here before with my first child but now they can’t see pregnant women past 19 weeks. Basically leaving me a## out with no help having to find another place who doesn’t have my information. What’s the point of the Clinic? Lazy women who just collecting money helping people they know. Beginning august I seem 4 people in the office clearly past 6 months pregnant getting appointments. But I can’t get a appointment I guess because I’m not Hispanic. Excuse is always short staffed and no correct information. Shut it down !

Because of unexpected challenges, I found this place and Dr Irene and NP Catherine have taken the best care of me. At times, I've even cried because of the GENUINE goodness, professionalism, and care I've been shown. I've since moved, however, when in the area, which is often, I continue with the utmost level of care that La Clinica offers me. The reception ladies rock! I'm glad that I've found this place!

They Need to do better with their customer service representatives doesn’t make any sense being on hold for 2 hours with only two callers in front of you just for a cancellation of an appointment they should give the option to call back and save your place in line
