Having asthma my whole life, a 30 minute visit to the salt cave, especially as the seasons change really helps me get through the season better. A wellness center that will get you back up on your feet. They give tours and explain the benefits from each special piece of equipment. Very affordable!!! I go weekly. I can't wait to try their float tank. 1 hour in it is equivalent to 8 hours of rest?
