Antonio (Tony) Lawyer, IS A Very Nice Young Man, He's Very Polite, Caring, Understanding, Make Sure You Understand What He's Saying. I Was inside The House ON A Important Call, He Wash the Air Condition down, IT Was A Wasp And Bee Nest, He Was Fighting `That and A Big Yellow Spider. I came and Saw That And Gave Him Some Spray. He Did All The Maintenance. He Gets And A+, Keep Him Because He's Good For The Company. Have A Bless Day.

I was really impressed pricing was a little steep but the service was excellent. He was beyond personable and professional. He really was awesome and he quickly identified the problem. I also did not feel as if he was trying to take advantage of me in terms of pricing. Quick service, last minute emergency call. Even the ai Tom was impressive lol. In short great service although a little costly, Aaron was a savior in the South Georgia Heat!!!!!!!

The team that came out to install a new unit today was super professional and worked hard to get the unit up and running. Quote was a fair price and when the job was complete the price was still the price. Really appreciate their willingness to quote quickly and schedule quickly. Had to call ACS on the weekend when my husband was out of town and air conditioner stopped working in August. ACS was quick to respond and ACS employee, Lucas Webb, came to assist in the repair. Lucas was considerate, knowledgeable, professional, and solved the problem quickly. We were very pleased! Mr. Gibbs was fantastic. He brought back my 30+ year old heat pump back from the dead, and he let me know exactly what he was doing. He even noticed that the quote I was given at the office included the diagnostic fee that I had paid the first day he was out here, and knocked it off at the end of service. Saved me some money! I'd recommend him for all your HVAC repair work.

He was very prompt with a courtesy call. Very polite. Took the time to show us exactly how and what he would be installing. After all work was finished he took the time to show us the finished work and helped us set up new thermostat. Would definitely recommend ACS.
