I cannot say enough good things about wags! My almost 8 year old English Lab has been going there since he was about 3 or 4 months old. My Mastiff mix that we rescued 2 years ago also attends Wags. The people at Wags absolutely love my dogs like they were their own. My dogs get so excited when we pull into the parking lot. I frequently board my dogs there as well. My pups are well socialized thanks to them! They also offer academy which is smaller group training/play for the pups that require a little extra attention. Oh and I’ve had them give my dogs baths and trim their nails/clean their ears. They do it all! They are our extended family. As a busy, single mom who likes to travel a lot and get the dogs exercised well I could not imagine my life without them.

I have been sending my dog to wags for almost 3 years for daycare and have trusted them with boarding her there when I go on vacation. They do an amazing job and you can sense how they all love their job and the dogs they take care of. This is the easiest recommendation for anyone wanting to send their dog. I know when mine is there she is in good hands

Wags is the BEST! The staff are all amazing and my boy LOVES going there to play with all his friends. He does daycare twice a week and we boarded him there for 10 days and he had a great time. He's always excited when we get there in the morning and it's so good for his socialization. He's made so many friends! And I just love all the photo updates they post. It's so cute to see him hanging with his favorite gang! I even got my brother and his boy going there now.

I wouldn’t send my dogs anywhere else! A great clean facility with super friendly and attentive staff. My dogs are always so excited when we say “wags” and they hop right in the car! Not to mention the adorable daycare pictures posted on their Facebook. This place is seriously the best, I can’t recommend it enough!

Wags is the best daycare, academy & boarding place Rochester has to offer! I have been bringing my dogs here since 2021 and have NEVER received better service. They are so attentive of the dogs, all employees are required to take a 10 hour training to understand dog language to help keep them safe! My pups come home EXHAUSTED from hours of playtime. My one dog has gone through the academy program and has mastered basic skills and commands, friendly with strangers, and has confidence! I feel so comfortable boarding them when I need to because they are in a safe, fun environment! It’s truly a blessing to have found a place that puts my dogs first and I feel comfortable having them here! Thanks Wags for loving my babies💙

If you are looking for a place to take your dog for the day, for an overnight stay, or for training, this is the place to take them!! I have always been super nervous about how my dog would do at a place with so many other dogs as she is a covid puppy and lacks a little bit of socialization. We took her for a training class to meet other dogs and learn some skills, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The facility was clean, and everyone welcomes you and your dog with warmth. The staff is knowledgeable, and the training helped Bear immensely with her social skills. We love WAGS!

I cannot say enough good things about our doggos favorite place! They are kind, caring, and really great to work with! He comes home tired and has gotten great interactions with other dogs. Love seeing our pup in their daily photos, we play spot the Murph! 😍 HIGHLY recommend!

I love this place. More importantly, my dog Maggie is excited when she goes. Everyone is nice. Have boarded my dog many times there. Never have to worry about if she is okay. Can't reccomend enough
