Most staff is ok. I don’t ever want to use them again for medication management. I usually had @ least a 1 hour wait to see a doctor. One day I actually waited 7 hours while so many people coming in with later appointments were seen before me. I have never been so infuriated.

For people that give mental health services you'd think they would care more about their patient. My husband has been using them and they can't ever refill his medicine or pick up their phones. We even had a PA once tell us they couldn't give him his meds anymore and come to find out she was wrong and they screwed it up and made him have a set back. I really hate that they don't realize how important this stuff is especially when some people are getting better until they won't do their job.

As a place that provides this type of service to people with difficulties mentally/emotionally managing some aspect in their life whatever it may be.. who wouldnt be going to therapy to begin with if life hadnt already proven overwhelming at times...i think (atleast mine) could be a little more available or helpful in guiding someone with crippling depression , no motivation and completely scattered memory and attentionon span to keep appointments. Maybe thats not their problem but it just seems like an easy and considerate thing to do if you know your dealing with someone who might easily forget bc of a million other things stealing their attention or just not be able to get up out of bed..thank sky i have a few moments of clarity and interest in living people stuff.. ironically though , its on a day when the office is closed...in fairness ive only been going a few weeks so theres not been any kind of radiowave established....but i always end up going somewhere for like a month where i get maybe 2-3 appts after i got some random energy or motivation to reconnect to the world then its flys away and i stop going for like.. another year.. The lady in the office is kinda mean ..mildly..like she thinks shes being inconvenienced.

Can't get anyone one the phone EVER... The patients are treated sub-human like their animals or a lesser species just because they are needing help with mental illness. It's sad and totally uncalled for.
