Dr. Elser is the best. He is very willing to hear me out and take my concerns seriously. If I know what is happening in my body, he believes me and usually ends up agreeing, but when I'm wrong, he's not afraid to correct me. He's very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I've been seeing him for several years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Elser is the best. He is very willing to hear me out and take my concerns seriously. If I know what is happening in my body is believes me and usually ends up agreeing, but when it is something beyond his scope he will say that and send me to someone else more qualified in that particular expertise. He has been great to work with.

There is often a long wait in the office, but once in I’m not rushed. I’d rather wait and not be rushed, personally.

I have been seeing Dr. M. Elser since before cell phones. You don't get any better. Even though I've moved out of town I still travel 65 miles when i need to see a doctor. Always returns calls and the staff has always been pleasant. (at least to me anyway)

Here is what is sad, the DOCTORS in this group are amazing, I have seen a few of them and I love them, except for the long wait to see them, that IS HORRIBLE! I mean an HOUR wait at least! But what makes them a one star? The office staff! UGH! they are lazy, mean, rude, and gross. Last thing I want to see is the nurse(or just a woman wearing scrubs) outside smoking before she comes in to help me, yuck! It is also annoying when they open at 8:30am, and you call at 8:40 am and you reach the answering serivce! WTH?! I just got a notice saying that Dr Ghisa is leaving and since I see her I was like HELL YES! THANK GOODNESS! BLESSING UPON ME!!!! Seriously, I will follow her if I can and never step foot in that horrible alliance medical group again!
