Rim Country Wellness is my favorite spot for all things self care! I was experiencing some upper back discomfort and Tori has patiently worked with me and provided the absolute best deep tissue body work to relieve my discomfort! Sitting in the sauna post session and Tuesday night yoga are also my favorite! So thankful to have access to these services!!

Tori and Rudy traveled to our retreat weekend and provided 6 amazing massages . They tailored the massage to what each person wanted. They arrived early and quickly set up. They got right to work. They were very professional and made sure we were comfortable. My massage was amazing. I felt so relaxed and after the massage. Tori listened to the areas I wanted to focus on and the type of massage I wanted . She did just what I asked I enjoyed the music they played and oils they used . Tori was amazing at communicating and answering questions when we were inquiring about massages. They have reasonable rates and do excellent work .

I love Rim Country Wellness. I had the best massage I've ever had there and go for Red light therapy weekly. I started going to help prevent scaring from a very bad allergic reaction, but I keep going because my inflammation has improved dramatically. I even have been asked if I've lost weight and it's due to a decrease in swelling.

Victoria is amazing. Such positive energy and she’s so in tune with what you need, even pointing out areas I hadn’t mentioned but had been experiencing issues, she was on it with tips for stretching and great deep tissue work. Really a cut above, if you get the chance to meet and work with this young lady you won’t be sorry. The magic hands (forearms and elbows) and stretching will have you feeling better immediately and positive vibes will put a smile on your face and lift your spirits.

Being someone who just had knee surgery I’ve been looking for ways to help speed up my recovery and overall relieve some pain and discomfort. Tori and Rudy were the blessing I didn’t know I needed. The leg compressions, red light therapy, and stem have been amazing with helping me recover. During the first few weeks post-op on my knee it was hard to get any knee flexion because of all the fluid and swelling. By doing the leg compressions for a week and the red light therapy I was able to gain 10 degrees of flexion and drastically reduce the inflammation in my knee. The leg compressions have been just an amazing tool in helping my knee feel like normal and provide lasting benefits. Tori and Rudy don’t just provide you with a service though, they provide you with a space to feel relaxed and heal in, and with genuine compassion for your needs and any injuries or discomfort you are dealing with. Their love for what they do is evident in the knowledge they posses and the excitement they bring to each session you have with them. Tremendously knowledgeable about every aspect of the mind/body connection, and how to incorporate both to bring your body to a state of wellness. In specific, both Rudy and Victoria are working wonders to assist me with a chronic health condition. They’re giving me both relief from intractable pain, and a toolbox of strategies for when I can’t be at the the Wellness Center. Rudy and Victoria have created a wonderfully peaceful environment.
