Absolute joke of a doctor's office. I never wait less than 15 minutes past my appointment time. The staff is rude making comments like "weren't you JUST here?!" and not once but TWICE they have messed up my referrals to specialists. The first time they lost the information on who I was referred to. The second time I gave them the name, address and phone number of the doctor I wanted to see and they STILL tried to send me to someone else.

Don't waste your time. Go see someone competent who won't mishandle your information as if your health means nothing to them.

I work in a Doctor's office and was taking a past patients records to this office to save her a trip. The woman at the front desk got so upset with me because I wanted to drop off the records and confirm that they were waiting for them. She wouldn't check into it, so I had to call the patient myself to make sure I was in the right place. When she finally agreed to take them she grabbed them do rudely from my hands and tossed them as she scolded me for bringing x-rays because they don't have an x-ray viewer. Common sense says if they have a light bulb, they can see enough since they also have the report. I hear the Doctors are great, but the office staff is beyond rude!

My physician recently moved and started working for their Clinic he was treating me for an issue prior to that and I already paid 4 the initial consultation. So I called and asked if they would need that because I wouldn't come see him if they were going to redo that initial consultation fee. They assured me on the phone it would be a $75 charge and that my prescription was simply be renewed when I get there they state that it'll be a hundred and fifty. Im a cash payer..So I wasted my time and drove a half an hour down there for nothing. When someone in your clinic represents something over the phone. Liers!

I couldn't get in to see my regular doctor of 8 yrs at his office so the nice scheduler lady on the phone got me in with Melissa Brown NP at this location. Everyone here was helpful and caring. Didn't see any signs of rudeness etc that others reviewers reported. Just the opposite actually. Nice to know there's another location close to me with a good vibe.

Doctor Brooks is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes some time to get to know them. Great bed side manner and very down to earth. Would highly recommend.

UPDATE THE INTAKE FORMS ON YOUR WEBSITE! I spent 20 minutes downloading and filling out their standard forms from their website so I wouldn't have to waste time filling them out there. Then when I got there they told me the forms on their website were long outdated and I had to fill out new paperwork. Seriously, uploading the proper forms to your website takes about 5 minutes. Please get this done and bring your office's SOPs into this century. Also, on 2 separate occasions I waited on hold for over 45 minutes to book the appointment. I have no other complaints about this facility. The Nurse Practitioners, Doctors and overall care is good IMO.

I've been seen here a total of 3 times. Every time I've been treated rudely, but the staff treat each OTHER even worse. So I believe this is just their office culture. Miserable place with long waits (once waited over an hour, then 20 minutes more IN THE HALLWAY before giving up and leaving). They seem to lack interest in patient care entirely. The staff are obviously incredibly unhappy. Except Nurse Practioner Mellisa, who listened, wasn't rude, and made an obvious effort to help me.

This is literally the 3rd time in a row they have provided me with wrong information regarding my primary dr taken or not taken my insurance. Finally they texted. Me saying my dr only accepts insurance at the sun lakes location which was way out of my way but I went to avoid the 75.00 charge just for refills. I got there and they told me that was incorrect even though I showed them the text from their office stating he did accept. It was their error and I still had to pay.
