Vantage was very nice and easy to work with at the start of the process for a sleep apnea machine. I was told that the insurance company will pay the machine off in full once I meet the appropriate criteria. Which I did as well as receiving a letter stating as such.

However, Vantage did not follow-up with getting my supplies set-up. I started buying my supplies out of pocket. When I obtained a new insurance provider Vantage tried to start billing my insurance company for services that they have already been paid for as well as supplies that I have never received. I called and explained this to them. Which they responded we will disregard all your bills since we accidentally billed your insurance company for them. I stopped receiving bills for about a month. Then the bills started again. Now I get phone calls stating to call them to discuss my equipment. They called me, I should not get an answering machine stating to call them when I answer the phone.

Very poor service all around!

The worse place for anything. I needed a new breathing machine. Mine broke. The company I got it from closed down. So my doctor sent Vantage a prescription to get me one. The needed a PA so my doctor did that. Then I was still denied. Plus they never updated anything my doctor sent. I had to call my upmc for you for help. My insurance company went through hell with Vantage also. This took a month it’s crazy then vantage needed a written letter stating my insurance would pay for it. It was mad crazy! I think I spoke to every dept at Vantage Medical. Don’t go through this company!!

Fast, efficient and kind, this worked out perfectly for our family. We needed equipment for our 96 year old mum. This company responded so quickly and sent us all we needed plus kind, compassionate people to help with set up, support and suggestions.

Worst and laziest customer service and support I've ever experienced. Constantly passing the buck off on someone else or some other department. Was told I couldn't return a machine I got in July of 2023 because it's been more than 13 months (how?), yet they had no problem billing me full price for a bipap machine that never did work properly and constantly connected to some central computer that adjusted my settings without my knowledge or consent. BMS is way better!

I have been waiting for a walk boot since Friday and it’s Tuesday and still haven’t heard nothing as to when I can get a walking boot. I can’t even walk on my foot waiting to hear from them to get my equipment. I have never experienced this from a med supply place. Just horrible I am very dissatisfied with them. Hoping my ankle does not get worse while waiting on them to call me. Called 800 number at and spoke with Melissa today and she says she would get on it. No word from her and the place close at 5 and it’s 4:45 nothing This is so frustrating I called at 1:52 pm. Called main office again today to speak with MelissaClop and she’s not there. So now where does this leave me. The Hermitage office were trying their best to handle on their end. So I appreciate them but the main office or Corporate staff is slacking on their job because it should have not taken this long for them to send the paperwork to Hermitage office. As of now still waiting to hear from them.

Absolutely the worst. They take weeks for just contacting you for an appointment. No customer follow up like they said they would do after receiving equipment. But they will put the time in to make sure they can over charge you above and beyond what your insurance will cover. Very timely in reaching out to you to let you know they screwed up your auto pay and they are not getting paid. If you can buy your equipment online or go somewhere else. I would definetly do it.

They treated me like an idiot. I was having problems with my new CPAP water chamber. The respiratory therapist proceeded to tell me all the ways I was using it wrong, even though I've been using one for 11 years. I tried everything again and still had issues. I put in a new one and it worked perfectly. It was a defective part.
