Cindy was amazing as she asked what my problematic areas were and thoroughly massaged those areas. She is so sweet and kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It’s amazing how she can tell what areas are tender or are uncomfortable to you as she adjusts what she is doing. I loved how she kept me relaxed while mirroring her breathing. She sent me home with exercises to complete to relive some pain in my problem areas so she went above and beyond my expectations. Can’t wait to go back!!

Cindy does a very thorough massage. She asks what you need and how you want your massage delivered. I especially loved some stretches she helped me do during the massage that I could feel in multiple areas. Everything was tailored to my problem areas. It was so therapeutic and relaxing.

She takes time to understand what and where you want to focus on. The massage was definitely focused on my problem areas. I highly recommend her and will be returning.
