I really like Dr Hurley. He is in the urgent care side of my Primary care providers office. Went in once with a severely swollen knee and Dr Hurley called an orthopedic for me and got me in the next day. Had my knee drained and everything was great. I wish I could remember what his day off is. It seems I always miss him when I'm in for urgent care. I highly recommend both Dr Hurley and Dr Samantha Simmons for excellent urgent care situations

I was injured at work and required to visit this medical facility and David Hurley, CRNP, treated me. I received the best treatment possible by Mr. Hurley and have nothing but praise for his professionalism and knowledge. While in the end I will have to see an orthopedic surgeon, my treatment by Mr. Hurley was at the highest possible level. I will definitely recommend him for your medical needs.

*05/15/2024* Due to another work related injury I was required to see Mr. Hurley again. Just as before, his professionalism and knowledge are top notch and I would definitely recommend him for your immediate/urgent care needs

From the moment my husband and I arrived we were immediately impressed by both the professionalism and the efficiency of the support staff and the medical personnel. I was in the exam room in a very reasonable amount of time and all procedures were explained in detail before being administered. I can highly recommend these great folks to anyone in the area in need of urgent care! Kudos.

On 3/5/21 i visited central Baldwin clinic for an allergy cough.on providing insurance papers was told i needed a Covid test before I could see a dr. Provided Covid-19 shot record still needed a COVID-19 test Upon refusing told dr could see me in parking lot.David Hurly is an excellent Np but see a weak support team At conclusion of exam, was told i could pick up medication at Walgreens on my way home.Arrived at Walgreens no meds waited 30m no meds Called Saturday am. No meds Monday am drove to Robtsdale to p/u prescription was informed by Dr mike that this happens.I was an military pilot for 26years and we use checklists This prevents TGIF syndrome and other memory lapses So should the clinics Add the final step::Prescription ordered or given patient Doing so shows you care.Doing otherwise is unprofessional and reflects unfavorably
