I went in for a surgical consult for a hernia surgery. I went in and saw dr. Jayanth Manoharan. He in instead of figuring out my pain he right away said he doesn't operate on people with a certain bmi. Witch I understand but in pain at the time I did start to cry. And when he said he couldn't help me unless I lost the weight. So with with tears in my eyes I asked how much do I have to loose and he laughed to himself and said" well, a lot. " so unprofessional. And I'm supposed to trust this man to do surgery. Very professional Thanks tmc.

I have my PCP, surgeon, breast clinic, and labs all in one place! Everyone has been super nice and professional! They also have a physical therapy clinic there too!

Extremely frustrating and disappointing! My appointment was supposed to be at 2pm. As indicated, I was there half hour before to check in. I was told at 2:20 that (by the way) the doctor is delayed for an hour. To make things worse, they told me that the doctor I was seeing today is leaving that office next week, so that I needed to set up another new patient appointment with another doctor; and that at the moment their doctors are not accepting new patients. The only option available for me was a nurse practitioner, but she was not available until February. I booked this appointment on June 13. I waited for 5.5 months! Why didn't they notify me? I even received a text message from them yesterday asking me to confirm my appointment. This is just a review, but I'll find a way to report this properly.

I was trying to call to give them my insurance information (which shouldn’t take more than 5 mins.) ANDREW kept answering me and hanging up. He did this three times. That is extremely upsetting because I waited to speak to someone for about 25 mins each time I called.

After this a very nice lady named Adriana helped me and was very helpful. You should hire more Adriana’s and less Andrews. Unacceptable.

Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent office. I confirmed ahead of time that one of their doctors took her Medicare Advantage Plan and made an appointment. She saw here once. On the second appointment, when a health advocate we had hired to brought her to her appointment, the office called 2 MINUTES ahead of the appointment while she was sitting in front of the building to suddenly tell her that they did not take her insurance. This cost us money and led to a scramble to find another doctor, all at a very fragile time for my mother who had recently been hospitalized. Disgusting. Do not trust this office with your care.

Called a week before my (vital) prescription ran out to see why they hadn't approved the refill with the pharmacy. Was told it would be taken care of. Following week, pharmacy still hasn't received a response. Upon further inquiry, was told that I would need to see PCP for refill, even though my PCP hadn't scheduled me for so much as a physical in a over a year and a half before she left. Was told previously during a hospital visit that TMC would reach out to me with details regarding my new PCP and schedule follow-up care. Never received any contact from TMC, only the specialists that I had been referred to.

TMC is horribly organized and mismanaged, which is a shame as they serve the greater portion of the city's residents. We can only pray for them all.

Dr. Martinez has been the first provider I've seen since my provider retired. Dr. Martinez was very kind, caring, and she put me and my care first, and I Could appreciate that because everyone wants that. And that's exactly what I need.

Her medical assistant Angel was very nice. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She took my information and made it quick and smooth.

The front office staff were also very kind, checked me in quickly, and made the first visit go smoothly with their kind words and good Attitudes.

Thank you, TMC One Wyatt, for making finding a healthcare provider accessible and making the environment safe and caring.
