I was the only one at the Tucson clinic and now I know why. The exam was not complete. No questions about mamo, colonoscopy, didn't check my lungs or heart & incomplete breast exam. I've called twice in the past week to ask a question and no one answers or returns calls. Time to find a new provider.

I have been going to this clinic for a while now and can say that I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I've been going to this place for the same ongoing issue and always get the same prescription but it never fully goes away. When I express my concerns, i don't feel like i'm being listened to. One of the issues that i originally went in for was actually solved by the ER next door with a simple shot after the doctor at this clinic kept saying nothing was wrong with me.. should've been my first sign to leave. Fast forward to the next six months they had recommended me to some of the midwives there and always suggested some OTC remedies that still did not work. When i called to make an appointment this month and expressed how i felt like i wasn't being listened to and worried about my health, they were able to get me in the following day BUT would have to drive down to Marana to see my doctor. I was able to take off work last minute but when i was five minutes away from the clinic (which is a 30 minute drive from my place), the MA calls me and tells me that my doctor had to leave due to an emergency. This is the SECOND time she has done this and when they were telling me the next time i could be seen it was TWO weeks away. I am truly fed up. AND they always transfer you to the triage line that NEVER answers.
As a woman, it feels impossible to be listened to when it comes to our bodies and this clinic made me feel exactly that way. Waste of money and time.

I hate to give this place such a low review because I really like Dr Christine Canela. She's an awesome doctor and is VERY easy to talk to and at least I felt that she cared for me as a patient. The check in staff is not very friendly and the triage nurses don't seem to really care about their patients. They NEVER return phone calls "WITHIN" 24 hours. All physicians I have ever seen usually listen to voicemails and if they seem to be urgent enough (a patient in pain or fears/concerns) they answer prior to going home. You're talking about pregnant women and let's face it, that alone is a huge scare for many of out there. But when I call and state that I am in serious pain or discomfort in regards to my health, I expect someone to have enough HEART AND COMPASSION to call me back the same day to give me comfort or put me at ease. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR ARE CLOSING FOR THE WEEKEND!!! There's was one time when they did not even call me back until Monday AT THE END OF THE DAY regarding my previous week's emergency. Not even a call first thing in the morning. This is so careless.

Update for everyone looking for a new provider. This office called me 5/2/2024 to confirm my mailing address because I have a credit on my account FROM 4 YEARS AGO. They said it would come in 4 to 6 weeks. it’s been over two months and every time I call to check on an update they say that it has to be approved by the CEO and who knows how many other departments but I still have not gotten my refund. Seriously?!? The CEO?

Horrible place for pregnant women. They don’t care about your time. You will wait for 45 minutes to an hour to be seen for 5-10 minutes. My questions were answered vaguely. It seems they hire new grads who don’t really know what they’re doing. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Labs were never given to me even after multiple calls to the facility asking for results. I was sent way across town for an anatomy scan and was told there was an issue, follow up revealed no issue. They were extremely rude to my partner. When I had my baby they reported me to DCS for discontinuing care (even though I hired midwives and doula). All of this happened after I left a negative review of the anatomy scan.

I first began to visit this office back in 10/2022 up to present date. My experience here has always been very positive! Good offices are always busy so patience from patients goes a long way! The staff goes out of their way to ensure that they help and do their very best to meet patients needs. I highly recommend the office for your OBGYN needs.

I’d like to highlight Claudia in the front office who is very thorough and professional! She truly enjoys to help and goes above and beyond for all. Valinda in scheduling is awesome, caring, and assisted with all of my requests! MA Myrna is gentle and kind!

Special thanks to Dr. Alicia Costantino, her bedside manner is superb! She made me feel very comfortable and understood!!

I have been to this office for 2 separate pregnancies. The first was almost 3 years ago which ultimately ended in a miscarriage but I was very unhappy with my experience there. I have now been going to this office again since April and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Everyone has been so polite and helpful including the front desk who I saw in other reviews didn’t always get such a good rep. My doctor has also been nothing but amazing. I specifically make sure I get her every single time because she’s friendly, easy to talk to and ask questions, and is very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information.

Dr.Rivera is AMAZING. She has been so accommodating to me and my needs, and she makes it so easy to come in to the office. I have crazy anxiety around doctors and medical procedures, but with Rivera i feel safe and comfortable. Thank you ?

I love it here and I’m really excited to deliver at northwest instead of the hospital in the middle of the city. The only reason I took one star off is because the girls in the front desk/ schedulers are seriously mean.

I’ve had so many times where I heard them talking poorly about people and one of them didn’t like me because I couldn’t remember what my healthcare initials were and she was annoyed about it. After that I have received the craziest service… they will call me and reschedule times… they’ll ask what time they scheduled in the first place… then this last time I called to get a later time ( I thought this would be okay since they had called me to schedule a later time before) she said “ okay we have a 3 pm, wait no it’s a 3:30 pm . “ I said okay and was there at 3:30. When I got there she said “ you were scheduled for 3:15” … um no mam you can listen to the recording a few hours earlier.

But I didn’t say that and she said she would call the dr to see if she could “ still fit me in” … then she calls her and says “ ya your 3:15 JUST arrived… to which I said loudly so the doctor could hear ; “ the appointment WAS at 3:30”
She then got off the phone and proceeded to try to fight about it and I stayed quiet. Which she didn’t like because it seemed like she wanted to fight to try to make me look difficult…and I just wanted to see the doctor and hear my baby’s heartbeat. So quiet and polite I was.
Anyway…. You make one wrong move with the scheduling staff and you will be like me yesterday… they finally put me in a room and said the doctor COULD meet with me. Like….. ya she better because if not we would be LISTENING TO THE AUDIO OF THE TAPE STATING MY APPOINTMENT TIME.
I waited in the room for over an hour for the doctor and I heard the doctor ask why she wasn’t visiting my room first and I heard the office girl say “ she already had an appointment earlier she rescheduled and was late to this one “
Which was false but whatever. I was planning on sleeping there all night if they forgot about me in the room.
The doctor came in and everything was great. So for the actual doctors it’s a 5 star… it’s a 1 for the schedulers, ( I was a scheduler once and treated people kindly) The phlebotomist is a doll and gets 5 stars too.
