Amazing experience over all. My emergency started at 6am, was able to book an appointment after hours for right when they opened. Check in process was quick and easy. Brought back fast. Doctor and staff were so kind. The doctor was very good at educating me on what was going on!! Over all 11/10 positive experience!!

Really disappointed with this location! I’ve gone to this location before and previous was happy with care, but they must’ve changed who their physicians are! My Husband went in Wednesday after being sick for about a week and the doctor he had was dismissive of symptoms and said because he didn’t have a fever he doesn’t have a sinus infection. No covid test even offered as symptoms could have fallen under that as well. When he reached out after no change in symptoms and not getting any better in over a week of being sick the physician told him to see a primary doctor or come back in for another co-pay visit. So give him more money for no care! This physician was paid for a service and didn’t take the time to actually take care of his patient.

The absolute worst medical facility I’ve ever experienced. Let’s break it down topic by topic

Facility: 0/5. Without a doubt, the dirtiest tile/grout I’ve ever seen. Truly disgusting. It’s absolutely unacceptable for a medical facility.

Reception: 2/5. While the front desk was friendly, they couldn’t even tell me how much my procedure would cost without me spending $200 to simply walk in the door. Ended up being about $340.

Procedure: 0/5. I had an infected abscess/cyst behind my ear lanced with absolutely nothing to numb the area. No lidocaine, no ice, not even a word of encouragement. I’ve broken bones that haven’t hurt as much as this barbarous “medical” procedure.

Bedside Manner: 0/5. I was told on several occasions my long hair was “gross” and that the best tactic is I should cut it immediately. He also referred to me as “kid” time and time again…I’m a 36 year old man.

Follow up: 0/5 I was told before I left that my follow up appointment “should” be free. I was only informed it would be at least $99 for the follow up after I already left the building. Needless to say, I didn’t go.

Unless you want scalpels slicing your head with nothing but the disgusting floors to distract you from the pain, I’d go somewhere else.

So I went there for an ingrown toenail that has become infected. I read other reviews that they can fix this "painlessly" and quick. So after talking with the doctor he decided not to touch it and gave advice for care and sent
in a prescription. I really was hoping the nail could get fixed, you know, with a shot for pain of course, but he decided that I should make an appointment with a podiatrist, and they can take months to get in. So that part was disappointing. In any event, the offices were clean and welcoming and the staff is very friendly and I didn't have to wait forever to get in. Plus plus plus. I have spent half my life waiting in waiting rooms for doctors so again, plus plus plus, as this was not the case.

The customer service at the front desk was stellar. No issues getting info and charity on reasoning. Doctor was very attentive when I described the scope of my issues. Staff was very personable. I definitely recommend them for your urgent health care needs.
I appreciate the caring and honesty the staff has. I'm a upfront person and appreciate that type of service.

I went here on Wednesday with a fever, shortness of breath and body aches. I had checked my temp right before I left & it was at 102. It was so freezing in there by the time they went to check my temp (on my head) it was at 98. I let the doctors know my son just got out of the ER From pneumonia and I was worried I had it. They had me do a Covid test which came back negative and did a respiratory panel which they told me came back which came back normal and that pneumonia wouldn’t show up on it (so then why would you do it?). She told me I wouldn’t have a fever with pneumonia and basically told me to just continue taking Tylenol. The next day I went to the ER and came back positive with pneumonia. I genuinely just feel like my concerns got tossed to the side and they didn’t take me seriously.

Don’t get me wrong, the staff was very very nice, but I feel it’s unacceptable to toss aside genuine concerns especially when I told her 1) my son already had it. 2) I actually came back positive with having pneumonia. It’s really scary to play with someone’s life like that.

It has a friendly atmosphere. The doctors there listen. Today I made an appointment and I made it for the wrong location, but when I got to where I always go they still took me in and was treated by the doctor. Location on Ina and Thorneydale is very clean and very professional.
