I do not recommend Carondelet Medical Group. I arrived early to my first and last appointment with them. I was met with an incredibly rude reception team. They were upset with me because I had not completed my medical forms. I showed them my phone to prove that I had not received any forms prior to the appointment. It turns out that they had the wrong phone number recorded. They sent me the forms and I started to complete them in the lobby. I must not have gone fast enough for the receptionist as she took the phone out of my hands and completed my medical forms for me, which I'm fairly certain is not legal. My medical exam was very abbreviated. The medical staff seemed to be very frustrated with me not having forms completed, even though this was not my fault. They sent the wrong prescription to the wrong pharmacy. The receptionists were rude and unhelpful on the way out. I was not ever given an apology. I called back a month or two later and was informed that my provider had left and they were no longer taking new patients... even though I had just established care with them and paid my bills. I have elected to seek care elsewhere and am very glad I did. As a medical provider, I can personally understand the stress and demands of the medical field. It is often very difficult. I cannot, however, recommend CMG to others in need of a new provider. I hope they are able to make the necessary changes and improve care for their patients.

I had a lovely appointment with Dr. Luton. The staff was very personable and compassionate and I have already recommended this practice to friends. Kylaunee did a great job taking vitals and setting me at ease, and my appointment involved 3 (!) total clinical staff all listening to my concerns and coordinating care. I hope there aren't significant concerns identified on the diagnostics they recommended (and immediately scheduled/initiated,) but if I do I know I will be in good hands.

I am really thankful that Rebecca Estrada was able to help me to schedule an urgent Eco for my upcoming surgery. If it wouldn't be for her my surgery would of been canceled. Tech Moses was also very professional and explained all the process on detail. I highly recommend them and the Carondolet Medical Group.

They don't deserve one star! Rude rude rude staff! They just want your money! !

I made the same appt of annual physical check for my husband and me. We visited the same doctor(Monique Amador) who did the routine physical check. However, they charged my husband for "establishing a care" just because the doctor placed a re-fill order for a previous prescription. That's so ridiculous!

Kari Gribbins who answered my husband's message was very impatient and unfriendly. She ignored what we experienced and just told us doctor Amador has left the group and we have to pay the bill. So, even if this is the doctor's mistake, we have to pay it. That is totally unfair!!

Plus, this is our second primary doctor that leaving from the same group in one year! Terrible experience!

I had my blood work done here following my doctors appointment. Catherine Castillo and Rosa who works in the lab were both really great. Rosa was very gentle and quick and very nice too. Good experience

If I could give this place a 0 I would! I had set up an appointment a few months ago (that’s the soonest they had) after being on the phone the person took my info and gave me an appointment time of 11. Today when I got to the appointment Theresa at the front desk was very rude stating I was marked as no show since my apt was at 10, she then asked if I received the notifications and call to confirm my appointments which I did not, she read out the number on file and it was to my job! Very unprofessional! Theresa then said she doubted they would still see me and walked away to ask the “Dr” came back and said she needed to send a message. She he proceeded to tell me I was wrong about the time and the time slots are preset, when I tried to explain the conversation I had when I scheduled my appointment she just kept saying “aha okay” “aha well I wasn’t there” I left and have left a voicemail to the manager because I did not want to cause a scene! See if they even call

I dont know what has happened but in trying to get my husband in to see a knee dr..

You call and the recording says they are busy and to please leave a name and call back number
Did so twice and never got a call back. Finally called the office directly a week ago and was told a medical assistant would be calling us to schedule an appointment! We gave up and finally got him in with another ortho in no time. Goodbye Carondelet!
