The staff as a whole at this facility is amazing, but my personal hat goes off to Ms. Darlene (Dee). Dee has probably single-handedly saved me from self-destruction on more occasions than I should admit. That is exactly the type of caring, loving, patient, and understanding person she is. Dee has always been my peer support since day one. I was scared and nervous when I started my therapy services here, and Dee held my hand when needed. Above all, she has always been there to give me a push too. Her ability to help me pause and look at my situations from another perspective has saved many of my relationships. She has lifted me up at every opportunity. Dee has never made me feel like I'm a burden to her. She has an amazing talent for making me feel safe, heard, and cared for. I know Dee is going to have an amazing impact on this world because she sure as hell has had an everlasting imprint on mine. I can't wait to hear how many souls are saved, because they simply had the chance to sit and talk with Dee.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 2 years ago, and this place has been there for me from the beginning. Dee is my favorite person to talk to, and Dr. Phil listens to my needs. Thank you all so much for everything you do. The front desk people are super nice too.

Angela Brown is the absolute definition of a reliable, passionate expert. She never once has dismissed any of my concerns or beliefs. She has been very clear with communication and has included me in decisions regarding my treatment plan. It took me YEARS of trial and error with Psychiatrists. 5 different doctors full of traumatic experiences in the past including, misdiagnoses due to lack of communication and limited time with the doctor. Also many times I had issues filling medication and would go days- weeks without my medication and not being able to get ahold of the doctors office for refills or even updates on the process. That caused me a great deal of stress and side effects from suddenly stopping very serious medication on several occasions. Angela assured me from the day I met her that would NEVER happen under her care. She stayed true to her word and has provided me the best care I could have imagined. She has provided me nothing but support and excellent care.

No words can describe how much I feel grateful and blessed for receiving help in more ways than I could have ever imagine in the most difficult and unimaginable time in my life. Every single person I came in contact with went above and beyond to help me in every way they could. Miss Darlene (Miss Dee), has really been there for me all the way.
From severe depression to group meetings.
From couldn't answer a phone call to clearing my voice mail.
She is empathetic, honest and warm hearted. I could not have asked for a better person even if I tried.

I have been with Banner Whole Health for 6 years. I recommend them to anyone seeking a wonderful mental health provider. All of the staff are kind and friendly and my needs are always addressed and met. I am always treated with dignity and respect. I am grateful for my team that continues to help me on my journey. I would not be in the place mentally I am now if it was not for their help. No matter what the situation has called for I've always been in good hands and felt listened to.
