From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt taken care of by this office. I’ve been suffering with knee and shoulder pain for far too long and all the other drs want me to either have surgery or find a new job. They immediately got an ultrasound and mri scheduled and are putting together a plan of action to fix long term the ailments I have and are willing to work with me on payment plans. Most dr offices won’t, they want half upfront. I’m looking forward to the next few months to see what treatment we decide on and how soon I can get back to “normal”

I severely injured my back in 2006 which put me in bed most of the time. I could go places but short trips. I was on prescription morphine and OxyContin for about 8 years. I had spine surgery in about 2008 which didn’t do any good. I have been to a lot of doctors and they have tried everything. My pain level was high and it was 24/7. I have all but given up. I live in Florida. My sister and her husband live in Phoenix in which she found Active Life Physical medicine and pain center.Doctor Lundquist looked at my back and said she thought she could help me. Every Doctor said my problem was my spine Doctor Lundquist said it was my S. I. Joints. I flew out there at the end of March of last year. On April 5 2018 Doctor Lundquist performed Bone marrow on both of my S. I. Joints. I have been pain free for about 1 year. I am walking about 5 miles a day (praise God). Doctor Wendi Lundquist is a DO doctor and specializes in the whole body. She uses the lates technologies.
If you are suffering like I was you owe it to yourself to check Doctor Lundquist out.

Staff and doctors are excellent here!! They listen and explain all that they are going to do. Friendly, helpful and caring to your health needs and wants. I have had 3 appointments so far and I look forward to each one moving forward in my pain n discomfort recovery.

Doctor Lundquist is an amazing Doctor. Grateful for her experience, knowledge & cutting edge procedures. Her staff is friendly & calming. Makes my appointments stress free. My treatment today was quite helpful in easing my pain. Highly recommend her and her office

I received the best of care during my treatments at Active Life Physical Medicine's Litchfield Park Surgical Center.
Every time I've called with any questions I've spoken to the front desk receptionist, Priscilla, who has always been, patient kind and helpful when I had to cancel and reschedule twice due to sickness.
And nurse, Casie–she's here there and everywhere, is great too, putting me at ease with her straight forward demeanor to answer any questions I've had regarding my medications, and during the prep time for readying me for the anesthesia, and making sure I understand the process, and helping me and post injections care, and getting me safely to my car, her assistant, Ashley(?), was so friendly as well, which put me at ease the day of my injections.
Sean, who seems to be the all-around can do whatever is needed guy, did a great job of putting me at ease for my blood draw–so good that I only had a tiny spot where the blood draw needle went in–which I usually, in other blood draws, always leave with a large bruise... and his knowledge regarding the blood draw put me greatly at ease about the whole process pre-injections, leading up to the day of my PRP / A2M injections, for general idea of how it all works.
I briefly met Dr. Lundquist, and her friendly personality upon introduction, and bright smile put me at ease as well.
The anesthesiologist, George, really put me at ease pre going under, and especially the regarding thoughts I had about a medication I take, which I had to stop taking pre-procedure, and very importantly when best to start the medication back up post injections procedure. Very thorough and friendly, putting me at ease.
I had heard very good things about Dr. Wendi Lunquist and her staff, from friends of mine who told me about the doctor and her staff, that I would be in good hands, the same as what they experienced... and they were right!
I am looking forward to future, additional treatments I am in need of via Active Life Physical Medicine and Pain Center... hoping for great results regarding these innovative, non-invasive treatments — vs what I was facing with the recommended invasive joint replacement operations.

I adore Olivia Nguyen. She is the most understanding and the most hopeful in medical with my dealing with pain daily. Also, stuff is just the most friendly of all doctors offices I’ve been to over the years! I can’t leave out Dr. Lindquist whose The most compassionate doctor I’ve ever met and very much knowledgeable in her field. Has been my Doctor for many years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else even if someone paid me to!

The staff at active life are always professional and courteous. Olivia went out of her way to take care of a pain problem I had in a knee and helped to alleviate my anxiety. She is a great asset to your practice.

After two weeks of headaches daily (amongst other pain), one visit cured it all. Dr Devine is amazing. He fixes it all quickly with treatments that last! I don’t know what I would do without his expertise.
