We’ve visited this dental office three times now. During the first two visits, I noticed the space felt a bit cluttered and some small details were overlooked, but I didn’t think too much of it at the time. However, during our most recent visit, we had a longer wait in the waiting room. To help pass the time, I gave my kids some activities. One of them accidentally got a stamp on the chair, so I used a baby wipe to clean it — and the wipe came up black. I continued wiping the seat and was surprised by how much dirt came off with each layer.

Looking around more closely, I noticed that the tablet stations and picture frames on the walls also had visible layers of dust and grime. This raised concerns for me, especially considering it’s a healthcare environment where cleanliness should be a top priority.

Once we were called back, the hygienist greeted us wearing a mask, which understandably felt intimidating to my 3-year-old. She seemed visibly stressed, and my child picked up on that energy. She repeatedly referred to my son as “my friend,” which he politely corrected several times by saying, “You’re not my friend.” While some of the staff are kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their work, others appear unhappy or disengaged.

For a pediatric dental office, cleanliness, child-friendly communication, and a warm environment are crucial. The state of the waiting room made me wonder whether the same standards are being applied to the dental tools and equipment. I believe some of the staff could also benefit from additional training on how to interact effectively with children of different ages.

We had such a positive experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. What really stood out to me was how much time the orthodontist took to explain everything clearly and patiently he didn’t rush us and made sure we understood all of our options.
I also really appreciated his honesty and the care he showed in starting the process to help my daughter. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients and wants what’s best for them. We left feeling informed, supported, and confident in moving forward with treatment.

Giving three stars because the first appointment with my older son went smoothly. I scheduled a new patient visit for my younger son and had to reschedule so informed the staff and confirmed cancellation. Received repetitive emails from staff informing me to confirm the appointment I had already cancelled! I rescheduled the appointment for the following Saturday and day of the appointment I get a call to confirm my insurance as I’m minutes from heading into the office. I provided the staff with the information in which they told me his insurance was not active. Two weeks later called and made an appointment and requested the assistant to verify the insurance prior in which she confirmed it was active. Fast forward to day of appointment, June 4, scheduled for 5PM but after 30 minutes of waiting, I head to the front desk and inform them of the wait. She goes to the back for a moment and then states she can seat us now, in which we wait another 7 minutes for a dental assistant to assist us. Overall, this company has potential and a great, friendly staff BUT they need to work on the scheduling conflicts. It appears the communication is lacking between the company and the online booking system which causes issues with overbooking! It is now 5:52 and we are still waiting for a consultation before we can proceed with the anticipated cleaning. Please fix this issue! 🙏🏽

I’m at a loss for words. Our initial appointment was for a cleaning and a cavity checkup. They informed me that they’re splitting my daughter’s appointments into three visits to make them more manageable for her, considering she’s only two.

We returned a week later for the first set of cavities. We waited over an hour, which was understandable since they send out texts or emails about long wait times. They also advise against eating two hours beforehand.

Upon returning to the room, we were informed that we had to wait another 45 minutes. Once my daughter was settled in the chair and the dentist began working on her, I noticed that they had increased the nitrous oxide and hadn’t numbed her mouth with the local aesthetic. I assumed nothing of it since her appointments were now spread out over three visits. I also assumed that since the area they were working on was not particularly sensitive, she didn’t need local anesthesia.

To my surprise, they ended up performing all three appointments in one setting, without my knowledge! My daughter was in excruciating pain, crying, and even threw up and peed herself.

Despite her discomfort, they didn’t remove everything from her mouth when she vomited. They cleaned her up as best they could and continued working on her.

My two-year-old daughter was NOT completely numb and felt everything. She had nightmares for a whole week after the incident. It broke my heart, and I will never recommend or return to this dental practice.

On a separate note, after her appointment, we went to check out. I noticed that they were trying to charge me for local anesthesia, which they hadn’t used, and they even informed me that they didn’t use it after her appointment.

super awesome staff. they sanitize everything. great for kids. tvs on ceilings and they're extremely nice and helpful. especially appreciate the way they treat me going as an adult (always wanted to come as a kid). awesome play waiting room. coloring. tvs. puzzles and learning games and fun ones. they make sure everyone is okay and comfortable. superheroes. really excited to go every time and I am happy to have them as my new dentist place.
The Super Dentists have their own movie. it's pretty cool. It is okay for adult kids to go too.

Great service and environment. The staff does a great job of assuaging the fear and making the kids feel safe and comfortable! It can be a little busy, but after seeing the service first hand, that totally makes sense.

My experience here was awful. I would give a zero star, but I had to give it one to write a review. My son had work done on his teeth for years at this dentist. Never had a problem until October 2024. He was in for regular checkups as request by Super Dentist. We had some work done that cost (after insurance) 469 dollars. I payed my bill via credit card. Now months later, they harass me with overdue notices, stating I did not pay my debt. I have sent them numerous photocopied billing receipts from my credit card proving I payed my bill. The letters continue to pour in. N Keri is the transaction. This is Super Dentist! They are one and the same. I hope they don’t take advantage of any of you planning to use them. Nothing worse than to pay a bill and then be told you didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend Super Dentist to anyone.
