Dr Manjul is the best doctor as far as I am concerned. She will always be the doctor on call for me. She has taken care of me and my husband and I will recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor. I hate to say good bye to her. Wish I could keep her until I die. Love you Dr Manjul. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Srivastava listens to you and considers your concerns and goes beyond what most doctors have done that I have been to. She is on time and very thorough. I'm so glad I got a recommendation from my nephrologist to see her.

Dr Manjul Srivastava is a very thorough, caring physician. She’s practical & takes time to ask Qs so we can decide together on next steps re: testing, treatment etc. so give 5 stars to her.

Supporting staff at Northwest Allied Physicians are hit or miss. Mostly cordial but follow up is often lacking. Recent example: my Dr wrote up order for bloodwork for my annual wellness exam a month in advance but it wasn’t mailed promptly to me, nor was I phoned (as promised) nor notified in patient portal so I received it too late for my annual visit. Now I have to go back for follow up after lab work. Inefficient & frustrating both for me & my dr.

My husband saw a different dr at this practice until a year ago. He liked his dr but his staff refused to OK refills of critical meds in a timely manner when our pharmacy called repeatedly. So he had to switch to a different practice. Such issues were elevated to NW Allied administration with no improvement.

For Dr. Manjul Srivastava:

As a healthcare, professional myself, I found my clinical session with Dr. Srivastava very pleasant, informative, and substantive. She has a terrific patient – doctor rapport, and she is one of the most thoughtful while also, efficient clinicians I have met.

Her patient education was outstanding. She has deep and broad clinical knowledge, but takes time to explain complex areas with clear language while checking to make sure that I, as a patient, understood what she is talking about.

I went in for my Medicare wellness visit. Wait was acceptable never more than 5 minutes ever . Dr's is getting better every visit. She 's very open to questions and a good listener. I feel comfortable knowing she has a caring side. Office staff is friendly while visiting. Con: NW doesn't leave openings for same day visit. Had to go to Urgent care because it was 48 hrs before I got a call back saying there was a opening two days later, my infection couldn't wait that long. The reason for 4 stars.

I have not had a PC physician for years after having competency and trust issues with previous doctors. I found Dr Manjul Srivastava to be a gem. She took time to listen to my concerns, every test ordered had its reason, medication was ordered so promptly, the prescription was filled before I got home, and issues regarding it were immediately addressed by phone the same day. Competent, caring and efficient - a breath of fresh air!

My father's recent encounter with Dr. Manjul Srivastava left us both feeling disappointed and frustrated. He relayed his experiences to me and I'm compelled to share them for the benefit of others who may be considering seeking care from this doctor. He went into his appointment with concerns about a prescribed medication which was causing him discomfort. Unfortunately, Dr Manjul Srivastava was acting dismissive and lacking in empathy. Rather than providing a thorough explanation or alternative solutions, she brushed off his concerns with a "this is how it is" response. The lack of detailed explanation left my father feeling unattended and unheard. My father had recently took MRI Exam, and this appointment was suppose to adress the result, which was not the case. Dr Manjul Srivastava was just rushed through the visit, disregarding his concerns and creating an overall unengaging experience, letting him wondering what is going on.
As a family member, it's distressing to hear such experiences, especially when I cannot accompany my father due to circumstances.

Dad didnt ask me to write the review, but I am just too heart breaking when hearing his experience. I know he is in pain emotionally and physically, the fact doctor who he tries for getting professional help is not helping, makes me really sad and disappointed.
