Office personnel never returns calls or puts insurance information into client records once given to them. Also, they state they are unable to print scheduled appointments as printers do not work and no personnel know how to operate a printer if it did work.
However the PT Therapists David & Melaine very good.

Candace Kenyon, the owner and physical therapist herself, is terrific. So are her colleagues and office staff. They made it very easy to make a series of PT appointments. Importantly, I found Candace and her colleagues to be extremely professional and knowledgeable when it came to doing PT for me after rotator cuff surgery. I’ve had more than my share of PT for fractures and tendon ruptured; Candace and her colleagues are at the top of my list of physical therapists on the basis of their skill and knowledge. And they’re very nice people too.

I went to these guys after total knee replacement. HUGE amounts of personal attention and individual instruction from their physical therapists--much more than another place I went to for my back several years prior. The place is small but excellently equipped; plus, just outside the door to the PT suite is a workout gym which is part of the El Gancho athletic club, so all the requisite machines and bike-type machines are available if and when they think you're ready or need those as well. Knowledge and experience from the PTs, two doting attendants, and sincerely friendly, helpful and lovely front desk people. An extension to my 12-week prescription for PT was denied by the insurance company (how else can they make money?!) but because of my SF Sports Med & Rehab experience, I still continue training on my own, getting stronger and more pain-free all the time, due to their training ME in my own rehab. If you have a choice for PT, choose these guys, it's totally worth it!

I've had some PT before being treated at Santa Fe Sports Medicine, but never as effective or thorough as with this clinic. My pain level has decreased and I feel improved and relaxed after each visit.

Grace is a great therapist but it was so hard to get an appointment then I was treated horrible by the receptionist to where it felt uncomfortable to even go in to the office.
