I could not be Happier!! Patrick and Rebecca are so professional and HONESTLY caring. The caregivers were great with my mom and it showed they cared. They were very accommodating when I had last minute shifts needed.
I've worked with quiet a few companies, and this was, by far, my favorite.

It is with great sadness that I write this review. My mother was placed on Hospice in Jan 2023 for over a year I tried to care for her on my own. I hired people I knew to help out so I could go out occasionally and found they were not reliable at all, this went on for several months. I was desperate for help from someone that was reliable and trustworthy. I finally came across HAH and called them. Patrick came out to the house and met with me, my husband and mom, we all instantly liked him and what he had to offer. That started a new normal for us. At first we only had them come in the morning and evening but as moms disease progressed (Parkinson's) and my life became more difficult I realized I would need them here all day. Patrick worked to get us the best caregivers that mom and I could be comfortable with (that was quit the challange since she and I are very picky about the way things are done). We had 3 and occasionally 4 sitters, two that worked the most became our family and even though we didn't have a lot of time with the others they were easy to work with. My mother passed on 06/16 after a long battle, the caregiver was here with her and she handled everything wonderfully. My husband and I miss our team and I plan to keep in touch with them, Patrick and Rebecca. I can not tell them how thankful I am that we found them.

Patrick and his team of caregivers are excellent! Patrick responded to every request in a timely manner and has been able staff every request, even on short notice. My experience with the caregiver staff was in a hospital setting and I found them to be professional and respectful with my patient and family. I highly recommend Happier at Home for all of your caregiver needs!

Throughout the 10 years I have worked with homecare assistance for my elderly handicapped mother, Happier at Home-Birmingham is the only homecare agency that is flexible and, when needed, allows for a less than 4 hour minimum stay. Their experienced homecare aides were personable and eager to service the patient.

I had Happier at Home for my mom. It was awesome care she received. They worked with me anything I needed. Caring and worked with anything I needed. I definitely recommend for keeping elderly parent at home.

Happier at Home has been the most amazing company to work for. Patrick is an excellent and caring boss. He works with you and your schedule as much as he can. Rebecca and Patrick are very welcoming and always there if you need them. I love being a caregiver for Happier at Home—Birmingham, AL!!
