Lauren has treated me for various issues, involving pelvic floor, lower back, shoulder, etc. over the last several years. She is very professional and extremely caring. She takes time to get to the underlying issue causing the pain, develop the best treatment plan and monitor the progress. Lauren is one of the best physical therapist I've been treated with.I highly recommend her. She is true professional.when I went to my first appointment. We explained everything to me clearly and she made a plan on the treatment and exercise for my condition. I was seen and treated by her for 11 months. On my second appointment I was feeling a little better.when I came to her I was in a lot of pain,on was severely constipated,was experiencing numbness, muscle spasms, tinkling pins and needles on my pelvic floor area. Now I'm able to use the restroom with less discomfort and less numbness.i still have a long journey.but I thank God for blessing me with such an awesome and amazing physical therapist.she always encourage and inspired .she will always remind me and tell me that I'm going to be well . Lauren is THE BEST physical therapist I have ever worked with - and I have worked with A LOT thanks to being an injury-prone, hypermobile, ex-childhood competitive dancer who has done CrossFit and Olympic lifting for ten years.

When I first met Lauren in 2017 for an ankle sprain, she took the time to get to know me, my movement and injury history, current lifestyle, and goals for fitness so that our treatment plan not only healed my injury, but corrected underlying imbalances to prevent future injury, and allowed me to safely get back to doing what I loved. She understood that in order to stick with assigned homework, I needed to understand why we are doing each movement and how it impacted my body, and she would explain in detail each part of the treatment plan and answer every question I had. With subsequent injuries (impacted shoulder, back pain), Lauren provided education and treatment that built on our initial work. I truly felt like she systematically helped fix YEARS of poor movement quality and imbalances, and taught me to understand my body and what is healthiest for it.

In the six years I have worked with Lauren, I have also watched her constantly push her own education and training by acquiring certifications in Pilates and pelvic floor interventions, while maintaining her skills with Graston, cupping, and other manual techniques. She is constantly working to build her toolbox so that she can help as many folks as possible, and that dedication is something that truly sets her apart.

I have referred several folks to Lauren over the years and I would continue to do so without hesitation!

I wish I could give Lauren 10 stars. I first started seeing Lauren when I was 7months pregnant for sciatic pain. I had seen other PTs and chiropractors but no one was able to help. Lauren fixed me and taught me valuable exercises for birth! Post-birth, she helped with mommy’s wrist and helping me to re-gain my strength. Now that she’s in key-west, I wish I could follow her. She’s attentive and incredible at finding out where the source of your pain is from. Before her, I had been in pain for years and she’s taught me to be pain-free.

Excellent therapist. I torn my meniscus and could not walk. I was told by my therapist that I needed surgery because of the way it was torn, only surgery would fix it. I was unable to straighten my knee and walked with cane. Even with the cane I took baby steps and the pain was beyond a 10. I worked at the same place where Lauren worked as a Physical Therapist and when she saw me, she was concerned and asked what happened & I told her I tore my meniscus and needed surgery asap. She saw that I could was having difficult walking and in tremendous pain & asked to see the MRI. After she review the results of the MRI, she suggested that I have intense therapy. I was very reluctant. She advised me to try therapy and said it will be a load road but she believe that she could help me. 3 months of intense therapy, After one month I was able to put weight on my knee and was able to walk without the cane, by 3 months I was at full range of motion. I went back to my Orthopaedist and in his words, "Wow what did you do"? Needless to say, no surgery. 3 years later, I am running and active with regular workouts. I a caution with exercising. Lauren is an honest, dedicated and caring Therapist. Prayer and her expertise allow me to avoid surgery. I am truly thankful for Lauren. Florida is receiving one of THE BEST of THE BEST Doctor of Physical Therapist.
