I would not recommend this facility if you have an emergency. I had an appointment last week which got rescheduled for 9/4/24 just to get a call today that they would need to reschedule me for 10/28. A whole month later? This place is a joke. And front desk staff are no help whatsoever.

I’ve had only good experiences here personally.
Ian’s assistant, I believe, set up a transfer of services for me to phoenix & going through it once again but the Community Partners in Phoenix is telling me they’re at capacity when I was only there three months ago and I haven’t left the network so not so happy with the Phoenix establishment if they don’t allow me to come in because my mental health is walking that fine line right now and for the last nine months since I lost my apartment of 15 years I’ve lost myself. But they were there when I needed them after losing my very young friends at the beginning of the pandemic, although I did not lose them to Covid all my friends two years . That’s something. I’ll never forget when I couldn’t talk to anyone at all. They found room for me even though on the phone they found room for me. I travel well over a half hour after things got back on track and I wouldn’t change a thing

I have been a client at Community Partners and at the Palmdale MAT Clinic for about 3 years now.
The staff work hard and they really want to help there clients. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

All bad reviews are accurate. I've had my apartment flooded out twice by a neighbor, harassed by them with my specialist, & threatened by the neighbor, yet housing doesn't care about my peace & and well-being or anything. Wont answer my calls or messages, but when I miss theirs, I am the one being "unresponsive." I don't get paid to do THEIR JOBS!! I have been denied medication I have taken before and know that has helped me. All my employment specialists quit and never once even helped me get a job interview. They treat you like a #number and just ENABLE you rather than truly are to and should help.

Can’t believe I’ve referred people here.

I called this morning to set up an intake after explaining that I’m struggling. 3 weeks before I can even see a doctor while I’m struggling. While explaining that I don’t think i can make it 3 weeks before seeing a Dr due to a rapid decline, the receptionist giggled. GIGGLED. To someone asking for help with mental health.

Absolutely garbage place & garbage employee. I will never refer another defendant to this place

CHANGING FROM FIVE STAR TO TWO STAR

FACILITY WAS ORIGINALLY ASSURANCE HEALTH AND WELLNESS. Assurance was a five-star facility. Unfortunately they sold facility & it eventually ended up in the hands of Community Partners and they continuously went downhill. During COVID they started with telehealth classes which we're doing well until the facilitator quit; then they stopped classes and never really resumed any pertinent classes that a lot of us went to. Sometime around the beginning of COVID they also lost all of the doctors & only had 1 overworked and overwhelmed nurse practitioner
Eventually I couldn't 'even get prescription refills & ran out of medication. When it finally got filled it was not the correct dosage so I sought help elsewhere.

It's now April 2024 and I have been on a waiting list for a counselor since they resumed counseling towards the end of COVID. Going to start looking elsewhere for for that.

It's a shame because Assurance was a wonderful place for healing.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Great classes and counselors. Whole person care emphasis on mind, body, and spirit. Highly recommend.

The most friendly and caring place in Tucson to really get the help you need. They truly go above and beyond to help in every way they can. (Adding to previous post...) This used to be called Assurance Health and Wellness. Now they changed their name to Community Partners. When they first opened about 5 years ago they were the absolute best place to get help. The entire staff, the way things operated, everything was above and beyond helpful and caring. Then after about 3 or 4 years, they grew so big and became so "corporate" that they stopped caring about people and now it feels like your just another number instead of a person. They laid off all of the best staff that really cared about people and the rest of the best staff took off with the best doctors and started their own private practice office. It's a real shame how downhill this place became. That's why I'm taking down the star rating from 5 to 2.
