Findings a doctors office when you move can be a daunting task, and I can say I found one of the best. Dr Courtney is hands down one of the compassionate, kind, and understanding individuals I have met. She let me talk and listened to each concern I had, and addressed them all. She is extremely knowledgeable and I feel confident in the care I am receiving. I am so happy I found this office and would highly recommend!

This is the first time I’ve ever felt listened too and cared for as a patient. NP Robin is absolutely amazing and so kind. I went in for a new patient appointment and let her know I had been dealing with pain in my pelvis. NP Robin ordered an ultrasound right away and referred me too an amazing GYN. Come to find out I have a cyst on my right ovary that needs to be removed. If it wasn’t for NP Robin I would have kept assuming my pain was nothing and the cyst would have kept growing (I could have lost my ovary if it was never caught). I’m so grateful she’s my primary care doctor.

Had a cough for years from Lisinipril but only her nurse practitioner figured it out. Changed blood pressure medications with my new doctor and non coughing since.
Insulted me right there in her office, told me I had an "attitude"...but I was suffering from severe depression...yet she called it an "attitude"....how unprofessional was that?
The people she had working for her didn't know how to take blood pressure. Other machines didn't work in her office.
She came in once, sat down and started reading me the wrong chart. Started out by telling me I had a cyst on my kidney and a mass on my breast....WRONG CHART!! Wow, scared the living daylights out of me.
Recently got a letter from her that they could not continue seeing me for missing appointments and not following her directions...well as far as I'm concerned she worked for me, not the other way around, and I never was a no show for her continuous appointments as I always called ahead and refused to come in every 3 months. Her office is NOT where I live! She wants you to live at her office.
In response to her nonsense letter, I found a new doctor a year ago, who by the way changed my blood pressure med! Yay! I'm out of there.

Dr. Courtney is the best physician I’ve been to. She is thorough and truly cares and listens to every concern. She addresses all issues with great attention to detail and kind bedside manner. It’s challenging to find someone I can trust and I was pleasantly surprised to find Courtney Medical Group. Highly recommend.
