Really wish I would have been more informed regarding the TEN last minute steroid shots in my face, neck and head. No after care help or information. They even told me the shots would not be painful, nor the pain that would follow after. Then I had to go to the ER the following day due to the amount of pain I was in. Called them prior to the ER CRYING in pain to which they said they would get back ahold of me. They havent.
I pray to god I dont have lasting bad effects from not being informed and just wanting my pain to go away. Not sure how10 shots with no information is suppose to help me long term?

I have Never been treated with LESS CARE by a Doctor!!! I was not informed that it would be an extra 150 dollars out of pocket for the sedative for my injection until 5 minutes before my injection. The Dr. rushed and very rude to the attending nurses and myself. Only saving grave for this place is that the nurses where very patient and more helpful that the attending physician's

My rating is zero! Horrible 10-minute appointment. She did not introduce herself. And, they will not give me her name and hung up on me when I asked questions. I
t was my first, and of course my last appointment. I felt like I went through a revolving door. She did ask me if could wear a back brace - then appointment was over without any information, and she never followed up on the brace. This is the worst appointment I "never" had. I felt like she was disinterested, and had no empathy. This was for pain management. I was back in my car within 10-minutes, and I sat there in disbelief. My appointment was at 12:45. I was back iny car by 1:00. I went back up to ask receptionist what just happened, or rather, what didn't happen, but doors
were locked at 1:00. I paid; I don't know why - I really was in a state of shock.

The most unprofessional office I’ve had the miserable ability to work with. I had a procedure scheduled out several weeks and they decided to tell me the day of surgery they can’t see me since they never got authorization and are now out of network for insurance I’ve used with them for several months. 2 hours before me surgery! There exact instructions are if you don’t here from is we got the authorization. I would have called my insurance and worked on it from my end! Well now I can’t get the procedure I’ve been counting on for the last couple weeks. I will have to go somewhere else. Establish care all over again and continue to be in pain. Who calls 2 hours before the procedure!? This is personally insulting and take it as they want me to be in pain. Bc they failed to do their only job.

I was double billed for ketamine injections. I paid upfront as they require, and then they billed my insurance (no insurance covers this treatment!) and want me to pay thousands more. I told them about the mistake, gave them weeks to fix it, and they still have not done so.

I did the initial 4 injections and it helped enough. I wasn't comfortable going back for the follow up injections since they were pushy about coming in every month. I'm glad my instincts were right, as they billed my insurance after I stopped going.

Definitely a money-grabbing scheme. I'm never going back.

This office is absolutely amazing! Came in for severe back pain, all my needs were addressed. Got scheduled right away for injections and had one in office same day for some pain relief. They squeezed me in for a back brace fitting as well without an appointment due to me living 45 min away. Really appreciate all the staff! Looking forward to continuing my treatment here.

I am very appreciative of the staff at APG. I was always treated with respect and had the feeling that I was being taken well care of. Though at times the work was painful, I knew that over time my pain would subside. My knees are still in pain from time to time but that might be because I am continuing with the suggested workouts. My flexibility and my balance continue to improve. Thank you.
