I waited about 15 minutes before being seen by Jamie and then by Jessica Urso. Both were attentive and listened carefully. I was also given different options which I appreciate. The only unpleasant person I encountered was the security man at the front door who asked me if I was here for urgent care. I told him yes. He got really loud and asked me again and I said yes. He then opened the plastic door to hear me and I said yes for the 3rd time. He looked so annoyed and bothered. I'm coming because I don't feel good not to be treated like crap.Have some compassion/empathy training for him asap.

The doctors are always constantly rushing you and stating that they can’t and won’t do a test if they feel like you don’t need it, also the techs and nurses are always very rude and pushy as well. Hopefully they hire some folks that actually come to work and want to help.

If I had a choice I’d give negative stars. I showed up within hours with little time to spare for my kid and the lady refused to open the door to help us! He was on her phone texting! Horrible you should be ashamed!

I went for an emergency I hit my head and I was bleeding I arrived at 8:29 and the security guard told me that they couldn't see me because they closed at 9, which I told him that there were 31 minutes left until 9 and I He said he was sorry but they couldn't help me, horrible place where they are not interested in the patient's health at all
