I really loved the doctor's here. I hated to see the founding doctors leave! Seems like the doctor's that really care for their patients are all leaving the business which is awful since they are needed now more than ever! Truly great people here. My only problem was a couple of times it took almost 2 weeks to get my meds refilled but this happened right after a new doctor took over for another and had too many patients but was resolved after he got set up so I can't hold that against them. It was a little hectic for all at that time! Id definitely recommend this place to anyone with pain.

Where do I start? I became a patient maybe 10 years ago. I was initially very very pleased with the service that I was provided. I loved my primary care/pain provider John V. He was so caring and actually listened to me about all of my concerns. I moved about 4 hours away and still continued with Qlmc because of John and his service. Over the past few years I've had problems with billing and scheduling. To the point where I will get mail stating I owe money from 2 years ago. Its hard to owe money when you pay cash upfront before every appointment. I eventually got a credit which I then used 2 weeks ago. However when I paid in cash 2 weeks ago they didn't have change. I asked to have the change credited to my account as I have many appointments. Today I had an appointment and when they called to collect my payment there was no record of my credit. On top of that because someone is running behind my appointment ended up being cancelled and rescheduled for next Monday. I have things to do and I put off plans today for this appointment. Now I have to change my plans on Monday. Billing won't answer the phone and the office manager won't answer the phone so I can't even get this handled. My primary apparently left this practice and I wasn't even told by the office. I could go on for days about everything that I have had to deal with being a patient here. I will update my review once I've spoken to the manager. I guess it may be time to find another practice. What a disappointment this place has become!

So far waiting 45 minutes for a simple blood donation for a study. I used to have my Healthcare here a few years back and this is a reminder of why I left! If you want to be involved in a research study don't go here.... Now I am waiting in a clinic room for 10 more minutes, that's their ploy..... It is now 2 hours and I'm done. The reimbursement for this study is 50 bucks......Not worth it. I'd like to say the actual procedure was good but it wasn't and I'll save you the details. It almost like the whole thing was an afterthought.

Out of all the pain clinic I have been to. This is one is the worst. I gave it 2 ? because of Dr. Kittrell. She was AWESOME. But when she left they put me with Dr. Rayle. Yes, the same one who's been in the news for doing some good and some bad. We started off good. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and continued with him as my pain specialist. Big mistake for me. At first it was I was dropping dirty for some in my urine. Well, I don't know what test they do but I would have to go to either LabCorp or Sonora Quest and guess what? What I was dropping dirty for, I was clean. Crazy ? right. Then he gets a new assistant. Norma. If I could give her NEGATIVE 100 ?. She gladly deserves them all. She would look at my waist and private area when I would drop. Very uncomfortable. Very dry and unpredictable. Talk then nothing. Rude. Then the last appointment comes. Dr. Rayle tells me "I don't trust you", Can you believe that The same Doctor who is on probation for making prescription and having a friend pick it up for him!!!! Anyway, I am at another clinic now. And guess what. I've passed every test and count. I make a video now which you have to. Especially when they attack your credibility. Anyway. Don't go here. It's horrible.

I chose this office because I recently switched insurances and this was the first place to pop up on my list of in-network providers. I went in for a wellness exam and one other little thing that had been bothering me. When I walked in, I immediately felt a little uneasy because of how dirty the waiting room was. But I had already taken half a day off of work so I wasn't just going to walk out, but now I wish I had.
The bad experience started the second I spoke to one of the women at the front desk. I walked up to give them my name and this girl puts up a finger and says "hold on" while she pulls out a cigarette, puts it in her mouth, and says "someone else will be here in a minute" then walks out the door. Real classy. The girl who ended up getting me checked in was sweet. Next thing you know, I'm being charged $150.00 before seeing the doctor. Since I'm new to this insurance, I assumed it was just a really high co-pay. When I later called insurance to ask about it, they said that it was a "new patient fee" and most doctors do not charge this ridiculous fee. So that's one huge reason I would never suggest visiting this office.
As I stated above, the waiting room was dirty. The place felt run-down, not taken care of, out of date, and just sticky and dirty. When I was called back to see the doctor, it didn't get much better. The whole office is basically a long hallway. The walls are painted a dark color, some of the fluorescent lights were out or flickering (not kidding, it looked like I was inside of a nightmare), and the whole place smelled...off.
I saw Dr. Cindy and she was very personable and understanding but completely screwed me over when it came to coding everything to insurance. I had a typical wellness exam done which is supposed to be free through my insurance, but she coded it weird and a few things she coded MULTIPLE of, so now I am being billed hundreds of dollars by my insurance that I am going to have to go through the process of fighting. This entire experience has been a nightmare and I absolutely will never go back there or refer anyone I know.

I have been visiting Quality of Life Medical & Research Center for close to five years now. I have always been treated with consideration and respect. I have been able to reach the person necessary if I need an answer or assistance between visits. My physician, Dr. J. McGettigan, never hesitates to point out anything new or potentially helpful in my treatment while listening to my concerns or thoughts on the subject. His support staff has been very understanding and, if a treatment or test is to be done, each has always answered my questions and explained anything unfamiliar.

I highly recommend Quality of Life Medical & Reach Center.

I have been going to Quality of Life for years. I have had wonderful care from the 3 NP I have seen there. 2 of them moved. I now see Heather Waters,FNP she is so Very Wonderful and very concerned with her patience and the care they receive. Angelina is Heather Waters MA and she is just a Wonderful person and calls you back quickly when a message is left. I am so Very fortunate to have them as my health care providers. They call you right away when they get your results and check up on you an day or so later.
If you are looking for a Great Wonderful health care provider I Highly recommend Heather Waters,FNP and her staff.
Thank you, Diane Melcher

The staff and doctors are fantastic. I have seen many doctors regarding my health issues with no relief. Once I started go to Quality of Life my issues were resolved. I've been going there for years now and I'm able to do many things that I wasn't able to do before I got treatment there. I would highly recommend QOL.
